Supply and Fixing Air termination, single pointed Aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long, single pointed at top and mounted on GI Pipe with two numbers of MS clamp of suitable size and connecting up with Aluminium/Copper strip complete with clamps and all accessories.

Supply and Fixing of Copper strip size 25mm x 3mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground fixed to roof by means of stand-of hold fast placed on PCC blocks and fixed to wall / parapet on insulated saddles complete all as prescribed and all as directed.

Test point terminal box (made of Hylem sheet block) of size 200x100x100mm made out of 2mm thick hot dip galvanized sheet drilled and screwed including 6 Nos 15mm long hexagonal head screws complete with test point terminal block made out of Gun metal or Phosporous Bronze size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for galvanized steel water tubing light grade 40 mm bore for fixing up of the air termination rod including necessary clamps etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

M & L For chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate of size 600mm x600mm x 3mm thick buried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.50 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 1.50 Mtrs below normal ground level with a bottom layer MgSO4 (magnesium sulphate) of 150mm thick, earth plate surrounded with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixture with bentonite in equal proportion, charcoal and common salt in equal proportion around and 150mm above the plate and 150mm thick MgSO4 as top layer and the remaining portion filled with compacted black cotton/loomy soil and connected with copper strip 32 mm x 6mm duly brazed and by means of bolts, nuts and washers up to 7.50 mtr length and connected to earthing test point, GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for earth lead protection and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I 2009 and specified and testing on completion including provision of earth pit with necessary earth work, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50mm thick with reinforcement of 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr including taking down of existing unserviceble item complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, install, commissioning and testing split type air conditioner of nominal capacity 2 TR , 5 Star (Cooling mode, inverter type, withstand in any climatic condition and delever precision cooling upto 0.1 C with the option of cool with dual rotor invertor compressor and copper compressor, suitable for workingl on 230 volts, single phase, 50 Hz supply , complete including cutting of wall , providing stand for out door unit and making good distrubed surface of wall etc and remote operation complete all as sowcified and directed. Make:- Daikin/Hitachi/Blue star/LG/Samsung/ Carrier ) Note :- Quoted rate by the contractor shall be included for following items :- (a) Fixing the cooling unit with grouting nuts, cutting groove to wall for gas pipe and water drainage pipe. S & F cutting, bent to shape copper pipes of both Supply & Discharge of appropriate size from outdoor unit to infoor unit of split type AC of any capacity with cutting holes into wall/ floor fixing with clamp on wall/ ceiling etc including brazing the copper pipe fixing union including making good disturbed surfaces and Insulation of the copper pipes with insulating material complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix MCB SP 230 volts 'C' series suitable for fixing on MCB DB's of capacity 5 to 32 Amps complete all as specified.
