Providing BT surface to Gandhinagar Ohalewadi sutarwadi road VR 340 and constructing retaining wall to the causeway side of River tal kankavli

1) Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 1.5 m.) By Mechanical Means

2) Providing and constructing 50 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all mataerials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40mm. stone metal layers 100% crusher broken metal with conical crusher plant heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 1.75 kg/sqm, spreading 12mm.size chips compacting with static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. Including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on existing bitumen surface.(VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates) (With Tackcoat)

3) Providing 20m thick premix bituminous carpet including supplying all materials, preparing and cleaning the base, heating bitumen applying tack coat at specified rate, Mixing hot bitumen and chips, laying the carpet layer and compacting etc comp. by bulk asphalt, (cold mix with prior approval)

4) Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified grade preparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @ 0.98 KgSqm. by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. etc. complete. (VG-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)

5) Providing rubble filling of trap/ granite/ quartzite gneiss stones for foundations including hand packing filling gravel / sand in the voids etc. complete.

6) Providing and laying in situ cement concrete of 1:4:8 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc)

7) Providing cast in situ / ready mix M20 grade cement concrete for head walls of CD work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc ), cement 4.05 bags/cumt)

8) Providing and laying weep holes of 100 mm diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etc. Complete.

9) Providing and fixing name board of size 1.00 metre x 1.08 metre of M.S. sheet and 25x25x6 mm M.S. angle including fixing in ground, painting and lettering etc. complete.
