REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF LT VOLTAGE STABILIZERS OF VARIOUS CAPACITY, CONTROL PANELS AND OTHER MISC WORKS AT GE (AF) CHANDIGARH

Disconnecting voltage stabilizer of capacity 10 KVA to 30 KVA, 3 phase, oil cooled from existing electric circuit, transporting to any authorized workshop or making local arrangements to carry out repair work, installation of stabilizer after carrying out the repair work and testing the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting voltage stabilizer of capacity 40 KVA to 50 KVA, 3 phase, oil cooled from existing electric circuit, transporting to any authorized workshop or making local arrangements to carry out repair work, installation of stabilizer after carrying out the repair work and testing the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting voltage stabilizer of capacity 75 KVA, 3 phase, oil cooled from existing electric circuit, transporting to any authorized workshop or making local arrangements to carry out repair work, installation of stabilizer after carrying out the repair work and testing the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting voltage stabilizer of capacity 120 KVA to 160 KVA, 3 phase, oil cooled from existing electric circuit, transporting to any authorized workshop or making local arrangements to carry out repair work, installation of stabilizer after carrying out the repair work and testing the same to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1.00 to 4.00: Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for dismantling of the spare parts, transporting, and installation of stabilizer. Labour charges for provisions other than described above will be paid separately.

Electric wiring complete with suitable gauge of copper wire for contact circuit of voltage stabilizer of any capacity.

Carbon bush alongwith holder and tension spring suitable for smooth running in the dimmer all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of LT bush rod complete with bushing, nuts and checknut of 15mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of LT bush rod complete with bushing, nuts and checknut of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of LT bush rod complete with bushing, nuts and checknut of 25mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sqmm 3½ core including cable lugs on both ends and fixed along walls with saddles laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE cable insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sqmm 3½ core including cable lugs on both ends and fixed along walls with saddles laid in trenches/ passing through GI tubing etc. including taking out existing LT XLPE cable complete as specified and directed.

Filtration and dehydration of HV/ EHV grade transformer oil (De-sludging of voltage stabilizer) minimum three cycles to achieve dielectric strength upto 60KV (RMS) at 2mm/ 2.5mm gap complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and top up of transformer oil superior quality having di-electric strength not less than 50 KV at 2.0 mm gap, ISI marked, 210 litre sealed drum, and filling into voltage stabilizer complete all as specified and directed. Make: Power Link/ Power Oil/ Savita/ Servo.

M&L for removing the existing paint thoroughly from voltage stabilizer indoor/ outdoor type installed at various locations and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing E/M or SM No. in the machinery using white synthetic enamel paint with width of word upto 1cm and height of alphabet/ numerical upto 10cm complete all as specified and directed. Note: Total No. of alphabets and numerical in one job shall be approximate 12 No.
