Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement four M sand and eight broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using HBG Machine crushed stone jelly of size 40mm gauge for founding and basement including de- watering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cms thick etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 (One cement one and half M sand and three broken Machine crushed stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for all RCC works such as slabs, beams, footings, staircase waist slabs, steps, landing beams fins, boxing, vertical louver, drops, window sill slabs projection and other similar works including laying curing etc., complete

For Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane sufaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedastals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc., which required only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mmx25mmx3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmx6.5cm space at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc, complete in all floors complying with standard specification. ( Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete

For plane surfaces such as rectangular or square RCC columns, sunshades, top and bottom slab of RCC boxing, etc

Supplying and fixing Autoclaved Cellular Aerated Concrete Blocks(AAC) of following size ( including jam blocks closures etc.,) in CM 1:4 ( One of cement and four of M sand ) and partion wall including curing neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Plastering the walls with Cement Mortar 1:5 - 12 mm thick using the M sand including curing and finishing neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

For New Iron work Two coats including primer

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supplying ,fabricating and placing the arch type truss of required span using the MS hallow box section 80mm, 100mm, 150MM, 200MM, 300MM dia (4.396 kg/m) both rafter and tie and fixing the inner centre vertical stiffner bracings 65mm dia as per design drawing given by the depart mental officers including cutting the pipe required size with the aid of gas cutting machine and welding rigidly with aid of 10 guage electrode grinding smoothy and with 25 x 6 mm flat and labour for fabrication and prtty iron works and fixing the purlin cleat etc conveying the materials to the site and erecting and finally painting two coats of SEP over primer etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile thesize of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

Supplying and laying of Galvolume sheet 0.47 mm thick of approved quality for roofing with necessary U or J bolts and unts bitumen GI washers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mmx55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25x24x25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stablilty. The sash should be of 60x102mm. The mulilion should be of 60x74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass/6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supplying and laying of interlock paverblock of 83mm thick M20Grade(1:11/2:3)with combination of Grey color block 95% and Red color block 5% over the well consolidated sand bed. Paverblock should be laid from one end and ensure that each block is laid as close as possible and cutting the blocks to required size and shape to match the edge. The paverblock laying area should be compacted by a mechanical plate compacter to make a uniform top surface. Then fine sand should be spread over the top surface and compacted so as to fill all the joints etc, complete. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, loading, unloading, conveyance, laying, compaction of blocks but excluding cost of sand filling.
