Shutter Size- (1.5m (H) x 1.2m (W))- 4 Nos. Supply of structural steel materials of different section and sizes (IS:2062), stainless steel flats of different section and sizes (04 Cr 19 Ni of IS :1570 (Part-5), fabrication including machining and assembly of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, sill beam ss seat, side seal ss seat, wall liners, support angle, vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girders, end vertical girders, seal flats, side seal mounting & clamping, bottom seal mounting & clamping, lifting bracket, pade base etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of cross beam, CI gear box base plate, Chequered Plate, locking cape and anchor bars of total weight around 2,492.12kg for 4No. of gates as per specification with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of following bought out materials for 4No. of gates- CSK bolts,Hex bolts, screws, nuts, washers etc.=324kg, Gate lifting pin (Dia-30mm & length-140mm- 45C8 of IS:1570) =4Nos., Bronze pad LTB-1 of size 80mm x30mm x12mm=16Nos., Bottom rubber seal mould neoprene of size 75mmx10mm confirming to IS-11855=4.24m, Side rubber seal mould neoprene Ø32mmx10mm- 80mm width confirming to IS-11855=11.6m, Ø20 MS Anchor bars- 400mm long with double nuts & washers=64 Nos., Grease MP3=20kg, (Nut type screw gear box assembly suitably square threaded for 63mm dia screw rod all inclusive of cost of materials, cost of thrust bearings(SKF-51216), machining and assembly, operating handles)= 4set, Screw rod of Ø63mm dia. & Length-3800mm each square threaded to M62x9 of IS-4694- 4 set

Erection, positioning, aligning, fixing, trial, commissioning, testing etc. of second stage embedded parts consisting of sill beam, side seal, track, guide etc., vertical lift gate consisting of skin plate, horizontal girder, end vertical girder, seal flats etc., screw hoisting arrangements consisting of hoist bridge, gear box, cross beams, CI gear base plate, fixing of anchor bolts, etc. of total weight around 2,777.48kg for 4No. of gates as per specification with all accessories including machinery, fixtures, labour, watch & ward, cutting, welding, drilling, boring, cleaning, finishing, consumables with lead & lifts and transportation charges with labour charges for loading and unloading all complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of 2nd stage embedded parts, vertical lift gate and its components in both upstream side and downstream side including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of coal tar epoxy paint of 100 micron each, of approximate 28.8sqm for 4No. of gates, Painting of Hoist bridge, gear box, cross beam etc. including cleaning, degreasing, handling, cost of paint, applying of one coat Zinc primer of 40micron thick and three coats of Aluminium paint of 100 micron each of approximate 14.4sqm for 4No. of gates all inclusive of labour, materials and consumables as per relevant IS Code specifications and approved drawing with all lead & lifts as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing concrete cutting and reinforced cement concrete grade M-25 for 2nd stage concreting using 20 mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite aggregates of approved grade and quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin surface, dust and any other deleterious materials as per specification with all leads, lifts, de-lifts including cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, mixing and vibrating concrete by mechanical means including providing rigid & smooth steel form works for 2nd stage concrete works and dismantling the same after required days, curing, supply of all tools & plants, machinery, labour charges, cost & carriage of water for mixing and curing concrete including hire and running charges of all machinery / equipments, construction / erection and removal of gangways, staging, scaffoldings & incidental charges and Construction of Coffer Dam all complete for 4No. of gates as per the direction of the Engineer in-Charge.
