Demolition of brickwork masonry built in lime or cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc but including concrete articles and removing to store.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc. 15 cm thicknes above or below ground level.

Removing demolished material exc 50 mtr and n. exc 100 mtr and deposited where directed rubbish materials all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

-Ditto- all as per item No 05 above but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls or wall tiles etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid Integral waterproofing compound (Make : Sika Latex Power)

M & L for two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer including preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces complete.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type B-I, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs (for man holes, drain cover etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary formwork and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete.

Dismantiling of machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape, any size and laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Laying of machine pressed precast interlocking paver block of any shape, any size (except tiles) with sand cushioning at same or other location with proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type B- 0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course complete.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C- 2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L for machine pressed interlocking tiles 300 x 300 x 30 mm thick with grey cement and pigment over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete

Sand filling under floors for cushioning of including watering and consolidation

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work all as specified and as directed

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M & L Precast cement concrete kerbs stone block (M-30) of size 300x150x375 mm depth or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl fixing in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
