| - | Carrying out day to day housekeeping work/services and upkeep of all internal and external assets of Retreat Mashobra, in connection with opening for public visit to increase citizen's connect with Rashtrapati Bhavan, such as:-
i) Cleaning of all internal road by brooming, disposal of rubbish/leaves collected to the designated place.
ii) Collection & removal of dry leaves from pucca paths/roads.
iii) Dusting of doors and windows, changing of jalis.
iv) Removal of leaves from roof, gutters, valleys.
v) Cleaning of water tanks.
vi) Shifting / carrying of material from one place to another within the campus or upto Boileuganj.
vii) Brassoing the brass fittings.
viii) Cleaning of glass panes
ix) Removal/uprooting of grass cutting road/paths.
x) Any other work assigned by the Engineer-in-charge.
All these operations shall be supervised by the Manager who should have degree in Hotel Management Housekeeping in reputed institute and minimum two years experience. The attendance shall be marked through biometric attendance system (The provision for Wifi/Internet Connection shall be made by the agency at its own cost.) and payment shall be made based on system generated attendance sheet per month.
