Cutting / Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete in pavements/roads exceeding 15cm thick by using concrete cutting machine and jack hammer including cutting the edges to sharp and even to depth as per the fresh concrete thickness in to the shape of rectangular / square and preparing the surface to receive fresh concrete. (Concrete cutting machine to be used to cut the edges as rectangular or squre required at site and demolition of concrete surfaces by using jack hammer) all complete and as diretced by EIC and removing the debris to distance of 500m wheredirected.

M & L for applying Epoxy bonding agent for applying in the old damaged concrete vertical surface to facilitate bonding with fresh concrete. The bonding agent should be brushed applied on the prepared surface and pouring concrete should be done when it is tacky. The make Fosroc, Master Builder, STP is only acceptable. The make should be approved by GE/EIC. The application methododlogy should be submitted to EIC. The application area alone will be taken for measurement

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard dense soil

Earth work excavation in hard/ dense soil for foundation width and depth not exceeding 1.50m and getting out.

Material and labour for Quarry dust in filling, spreading watering & consolidation etc.

Suuply and laying of P.C.C 1:4:8, D2 type using 40mm graded aggregated incl all bye works etc

M & L for R.C.C (Design Mix) A1 Type, 1: 1.5: 3 mix, 20mm graded aggregate in foundations, including rafts, footings, column, beam, plinth beams, roof slab, pavings, sub-bases etc., The RCC Design should be submitted to EIC. The RMC plant should be fully automatic plant and should confirm to IS 4926-2003 and IS 4925-2004.

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia.

Supply and fixing of mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 8mm dia to 6 mm dia including bending, cranking, hooking and tieing with mild steel wire not less than 0.90mm dia.
