Work Description

Restoration for road cutting done by TGSPDCL for Providing of 2nd alternate source to 33/11 KV IDPL SS from 132/33 KV Balkampet EHT SS by erection of new 33 KV feeder by laying of 2.2 Km of 33 KV 3x400 sqmm XLPE UG Cable (double run) and stringing of 2 Km of 33 KV 100 sqmm AAAC OH line over now proposed 32 Nos. M+9 towers and 23 Nos. 12.5 mts spun poles from the EHT SS to 33/11 KV IDPL SS duly utilizing 2.3 KM of existing 33 KV Idle line along with erection of 33 KV Breaker at the 33/11 KV IDPL SS in Secunderabad Circle and the work will be executed by the Master Plan SD-V of Division-I in Master Plan Hyderabad Circle under T and D Improvement Work (Summer Action Plan 2025), (Lodha Apartments to Sri Bhavani Motors), (Bhavani Motors to Sai Baba Temple), (Sai Baba Temple to Prakruthi Deluxe PG for Girls), (Prakruthi Deluxe PG for Girls to TSSPDCL, Nature Cure) in Ward-204 Sanathnagar and Ward-203 B.K Guda of Ameerpet Circle-39, KZ, GHMC

RequiredThe tenders will be evaluated as per GO MS No.294, Dt : 18-07-2020 for the works costing above Rs.5.00 lakhs upto 50.00 lakhs in which the bid capacity of the contractor will be calculated as per formula 3 AN-B, the bid capacity should be greater than ECV for eligibility of the particular work.

RequiredPayments will be done as per seniority of the bill submitted and will be subject to the existence of adequate funds within the relevant head of account. Agency shall not request for priority payment in any case. Any such requests by the agencies will not be entertained by GHMC.

RequiredAgencies shall not depend on payment of part bills to ensure completion of work on timely basis. Hence the agency shall not stop or slow down the work citing delays in payment of part bills.

RequiredFor all works costing Rs.20.00 Lakhs and below, there shall be only one bill i.e., first and final bill. No running account bills shall be paid to the agencies by GHMC in any circumstance.

RequiredViolation of any of the above special conditions will make the agency liable for being recommended for demolition to a lower class / suspension of business / removal from approved list as per GOs in vogue.

RequiredThe agency declaration genuineness of certificate must be uploaded on Non-Judicial Rs.100.00 stamp paper.
