Regularly deploying technical staff for line maintenance of LED street lights and otherluminaries(TLs, HPSVs etc), switching system, overhead / underground streetlight system.Contractor has to coordinate with related discom staff for shutdown etc. Work should be done for maintaining street light as per direction of engineer-in-charge. Contractor must deploy qualified, insured and suitable work experience holder team (one wireman, one helper) for comprehensive line maintenance for phase wire of street light system (underground / overhead)with required tools,equipments, ladders etc. The scope of work will include Following – A) Repairing & testing of phase wire lines of LED and other street light luminaries, tracing out fault and defective portion of phase wires caused by the fault,Replacing all burnt wires at road medians and from pole to pole coordinating with EESL staff. B) Maintenance of existing highmast structures including operation, repair of timer switch and panel including replacement of defective parts. In case of burnt cable, replacement will be provided to contractor after approval of engineer-in-charge. Replacement of panel items and highmast structure will be in contractor’s scope of work. C) Within 7 days after work order issued, Contractor has to do a comprehensive survey of city comprising details of no. of circuits, panel location, load on each circuit, nos. of different luminaries in all circuits(including LEDs) and has to submit two copies at JMC after verification and approval of engineer-in-charge. D) Contractor’s team has to replace burst overhead / underground cable after getting approval of engineer-in-charge. E) As per requirement of JMC, identification and trace out fault from existing underground/overhead cabling system work (park, road side, dividers etc), pole to pole connectivity and also including existing pole internal wiring. F) Replacing burnt jumper with material of standard specifications. G) Regular Operation In scheduled time & comprehensive maintenance. H) The contractor must arrange required qualified, insured wireman, helper. In case of fault is major and immediate restoration is needed, contractor has to deploy extra labour as per need. No separate payment will be made for this purpose. Contractor will be liable for any miss happening or accident at site, and will not be eligible for any kind of claim from/against the JMC. I) For replacement of burnt cable, jumper, MCB, MCB box and other panel items, material will be provided to contractor after approval of engineer-in-charge. J) Luminaries including LED lights, T/L Fixtures and HPSV Fixtures will be maintained and operated by contractor. All items i.e. tubelight fixtures, incandescent tube, lamp, igniter, starter, choke, capacitor, Arrester, SPD/Surger, Suitable Driver, Jumper Cable shall be replaced by contractor. No additional payment will be made for this. K) Contractor has to on/off all circuits in scheduled time period otherwise suitable penalty will be imposed on contractor. L) Contractor has to install new lights if required by JMC without additional payment. M) This scope of work also include regular maintenance of office building and other JMC owned buiding i.e. sulabh toilets, night shelters, sector offices, motor garage etc. This will include regular toubleshooting of wiring, Casing, Distribution Box, Junction Box, Tubelight Repair and Replacement (With Material), Fan, Fan Box Replacement and Repair, Changing/Shifting/Redistibution of Phases.

Regular maintenance, repair, operation of existing LED Street Light Fixtures including Repair and replacement of spare parts like SPD, Driver Circuit, Connection Wire, LED Board complete in all respect. Note : Quantity shown are tentative and used only for estimation purpose. Actual nos. will be known after contractor submit verified survey report. payment will be made according to report only.

Regular maintenance, repair, operation of existing fluorescent tube fixtures ( 36/40 W) including replacement of defected/burnt/broken/missing/stolen parts i.e. incandescent tube, igniter, starter, chokeetccomplete in all respect. Note : Quantity shown are tentative and used only for estimation purpose. Actual nos. will be known after contractor submit verified survey report. payment will be made according to report only.

Regular maintenance, repair, operation of existing Sodium/MH fixtures (70/150/250W) including replacement of defected/burnt/broken/missing/stolen parts i.e. lamp, igniter, starter, choke, capacitor etc complete in all respect. Note : Quantity shown are tentative and used only for estimation purpose. Actual nos. will be known after contractor submit verified survey report. payment will be made according to report only.
