Rough grassing including uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 15 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, mixing fertilizer, levelling and dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts, planting doob grass in rows 15 cm apart in both directions, watering and maintenance till first mowing.

Providing and fixing tree guard with 4 No. legs of bamboo sticks of 25mm dia and 1.8 metre length. Hexagonal mesh 1 m wide, 1.9 m long fixed to to the legs with nuts bolts and washers. Legs up to 30cm dipped in bitumen.

Maintenance of shrubs for one year including training, pruning, fertilization, application of insecticide, watering and weeding. a) Individual shrubs

Maintenance of tree including fertilization, application of insecticide, watering, weeding, training, pruning, disposal of debris and other activities. a) Maintenance of trees for the 1st year

Maintenance of rough grassing including fertilizer application, watering and mowing for one year.

Watering of trees, shrubs, ground covers etc. through tractor tanker of 6000 litre capacity including cost of water with all leads and lifts.
