Short term Tender for the supply of 3-seater and 4-seater desks to the Government schools in the state of Karnataka

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the item(s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years (i.e 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25) to any Central / State Govt. Organization/ PSU/private entities with in India/beyond India.

Tenders of tenderers quoting as authorized representative of a manufacturer, meeting with the above requirement in full, can also be considered provided the manufacturer furnishes authorization in the prescribed format assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations as per GCC and SCC, the tenderer, as authorized representative, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 30% of the quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years (i.e 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)

Bidder should submit samples of desks as per tender schedule, if the samples submitted does not meet the technical specification as per this tender or it is of poor quality, or bidder failing to submit the samples, their bid will be disqualified.

Furniture of product items shall have following certifications, ISO 9001:2015 Quality management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management System, ISO 45001 2018 Occupation health and Safety management System, Should have green pro certificate by CII, BIFMA membership certificate and should be BIFMA compliant, AIOTA CERTIFIACTE (EDUCATION and OFFICE RANGE), Latest test certificate for powder coating from NABL accredited lab, The enamel paint used on desk-bench metal components and the beading/corner protectors provided on furniture shall be non-hazardous, eco-friendly, and compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) requirements, The bidder shall submit valid RoHS test reports and compliance certificates issued by Government ROHS Testing Lab

The bidder should have average annual financial turnover of the tenderer during the last 3 proceeding financial year (i.e 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25)
