M&L for repairs to potholes of depth exceeding 30mm deep and area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat at 5 kg per 10 Sqm putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm blended with 0.09 cum of stone chippings of 6.3 mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings depth of potholes exe 30mm using paving bitumen, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ at 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen over black top surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for semi dense bituminous asphaltic concrete 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder VG 30 5.5% by weight of total mix (the exact quantity of binder shall be determined by design mix by marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver finisher 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient, rolling with power roller as specified and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Contractor shall submit the authenticated weigh batch receipt as per load material in site duly marked vehicle number (ii) In case of quantity of binder as per job mix formula works out to be more the 5.5 % of weight of total mix extra quantity shall be provided by contractor without any extra cost to the Government.

Supplying and laying 2.5 mm thick (exclusive of surface applied glass beads) hot applied thermoplastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm/sqm area as per IRC 35 including leveling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and as directed. As per MORTH specification 803.

S&F of dual direction reflective cat eyes with two stand of impact resistant plastic 100 x 80 x 15 cm Ultra Violet resistant Yellow colour having micro prismatic/ cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with 2 steel zinc plated 12x 120mm nails + epoxy/ bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ABS speed breaker/Rubber as per Manufacturers instructions , Model No. length 500mm width 380mm, height 50mm all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 600mm dia Convex Mirror with 50 mm dia MS Pipe post( 1.5m above GL) including excavation of post hole and PCC 1:3:6 using stone aggrigates in foundation complete all as per specified and directed.
