P/F of laminated wooden flooring including cost of foam, door profile and laminated cornice

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/liter, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and color complete as per manufacturer’s specifications.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approve brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats including with ready mixed of approved brand and including priming coat complete in all respects.

Providing and applying wall putty 2mm thick including scratch patches including sand papering complete job.

P/L of vitrified floor tiles size of tile 600x600 mm lais on 20mm thick cement mortal 1:4 including grading the joints with white cement & matching pigments etc complete

Providing and Fixing of storage cabinets of 19mm plyboard including Shelves and shutters 1’-6” deep complete job including P/F of veneer to exposed surfaces complete job

Providing and fixing of collapsible door shutters fabricated from vertical pieces of rolled channels 16-20mm joined together including frame of 45x45x6mm angle, including pulleys applying rex oxide and two coats of paint complete job

Providing and fixing of 19mm plyboard shelves with screws applying of priming coat and two coats of wood paint complete job,

P/F paneled or paneled and shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked black enameled M.S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding paneling which will be paid for separately, all complete (1st class kail wood) 35mm thick.

P/L of ceramic glazed wall tile of large size include highlighters 450x300mm laid on 20mm thick cement mortar of mix (1:4)

Providing, Installation, commissioning and testing Hot water Geyser 35 liters of ISI approved make

P/F of PVC water tank of approved brand including fittings complete

Supplying installing testing and commissioning of 9 Watt Led bulbs complete with connection as required
