Scope work :- (1) Rope and rope drum demounting and new rop, rope drum mounting. (2) Tightening of foundation bolts, long travel trolley and short travel trolley. (3) Tightening of foundation bolts etc. for hoist winch. (4) Cleaning , checking and welding of foundation electrical -3phase incomming line system. (5) Greasing of all roller bearing and tightening of nuts and bolts.(6) Changing of hoist and down penel contractor. (7) Demounting and mounting coupling of long travel trolley motor to gear box. (8) Demounting and mounting of coupling of long travel shaft to trolley wheel. (9) Demounting and mounting of brake assembly. (10) demounting and mounting of gear box. (11) Removal of gear box foundation bolts of bong travel trolley and fitment of new bolts.
