Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning high mast tower of height ≥15 metre, hot dip galvanized steel having 2 sections with suitable sectional length slip joints comprising of Double drum winch, Stainless steel wire ropes, lantern carriage for 08 nos luminaries and for 01 No of aviation obstruction luminaire, Control gear box, junction box, top pulley assembly with weather proof cover, service door in base section, base plate earthing terminal, arrangement for power supply distribution with termination, lightning conductor finial made of 25mm dia 300 mm long G.I.tube having single prong including power tools (electrical and manual) for lowering & raising of high mast, Anchor plate, templates, foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 01 but high mast tower of height ≥12 metre.

S&F LED Flood light, 200 watts, operating voltage 140 V-270 V, Die-cast aluminium housing, operating temperature -10° C to +45° C, Average life L70B50: 50000 hours, Epoxy powder coated die-cast aluminium housing , High efficiency long life LED module with SMD LED package mounted on MCPCB. LED light fitting system lumen efficacy >120 lm/W, PC Lens with toughened glass, independent Potted IP67 electronic LED driver with APFC,lower THD, Open Circuit Protection, Over Voltage Protection, Surge Voltage Protection upto 10 kV With Built In SPD & other safety test as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec 13, IEC60598-1, Colour temp (CCT) 5700 K ±300K complete all as specified and directed.

S&F LED Aviation obstruction light of suitable capacity, operating voltage 140 V - 270 V suitable for fixing on high mast light tower complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4.0 core connected with cable termination kit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised Iron tubing, light grade 40 mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing /fixed to walls or pole with 02 MS Clamps per pipe made out of 25x5 mm thick flat iron with nut, bolt and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation of poles, trenches for laying of cable, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 8 but depth exc 1.5 m and n exceeding 3.0 m

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of bricks sub class 'B', laid dry in trenches over the cable adjoining each other widthwise for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand of 8 cm depth before laying of cable and covered with a layer of sand to a depth of 15 cm after laying of cable, gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of the upper-most cable complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Cable end termination kit, heat shrinkable, 1100 volts grade with jointing material and accessories suitable for PVC insulated XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 25 sq mm, 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, FR PVC round sheathed electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sq mm , 3 core, 1100 Volts grade cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 15 but conductor size 2.5 sq mm , 5 core, 1100 Volts grade.

All as per item 15 but conductor size 4 sq mm , 5 core, 1100 Volts grade.

M&L for RCC M-20 Design Mix for columns pillars, piers, posts, struts, folded plates, RCC raft footing/ foundation including necessary reinforcement steel, form work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Design for foundation of high masts shall be submitted by the contractor duly vetted from approved laboratery/consultants as recomended by the manufacturer of respective high mast pole. 2. Reinforcement steel, form work shall be included in the quoted rates, nothing extra shall be admissible.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level connected by 25X4 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of nuts and bolt, thimbles, check nuts, washers of GI or steel including CI pit cover 10 mm thick hinged with Angle iron frame 25x25x5mm size embedded with chamber with fair finish, internal dimension of chamber shall be 300x300 mm , 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire guage mesh, CI frame with 10 mm thick hinged CI cover with flush type lifting handle at ground level, alternate layer of charcoal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -1 (2009) and specified including provision of GI strip upto 7.5 metre protected by 40 mm dia medium grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade , excavation, earth work and connecting the earthing to an earthing test point main switch board all as specified and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: On testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be re-done at no extra cost.

Lowering down, commissioning to tube well of submersible pump sets with lowering pipe, flange or any type and any size of any depth with pump set of any capacities by manual or mechanical means including making necessary electric connections with LT panel or starter and testing on full load after lowering and taking out old unsv motor complete with column pipe and deposited to AGE E/M-II Store yard by using suitable labour, T&P, transports etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS column pipes screwed 125 mm nominal dia 3 Mtr long having wall thickness not less than 6 mm electric resistance welded with MS flange heavy duty on both side conforming to IS-6392 with bolt, nut gasket etc as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel wire rope 12 mm dia un galvanized stranded with 'D' clamps shackle type for holding the motor & pump with 'U' clamp (70 RM x 2 run ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Submersible Pump of capacity 40 HP and 30 KW, Head range 130-90 metre with flow range 1000-1400 LPM, 3 Phase, 440 Volt, 50Hz, 125 mm outlet submersible pump complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kirloskar/CRI/CG
