Material and labour for disconnecting electrical connection and dismantling/ taking out indoor and out door unit of split type air conditioning of any make and capacity from any place and installation, commissioning and testing to another location including transportation from existing bldg to another bldg including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing copper tubing with nominal dia meter of 0.25 inch and 0.71 mm thickness (Minimum) for liquid line for connecting out door condensing unit and FCU complete all as specified and directed. (for 1.5/2.0 TR split AC)

Supply, fixing jointing and testing copper tubing with nominal dia meter of 0.5 inch and 0.8 inch thickness including expanded polythene foam insulation tubing for external insulation of suction line for connecting outdoor condensing unit and FCU complete all as specified and directed (For 1.5/2.0 TR split AC).

Disconnecting and taking down the ceiling fan carefully dismantling complete, servicing by cleaning and greasing the bearing/bush and replacement of split pin, replacing unserviceable items like bearing, bushes, rubber real, condenser, flexible cable, canopy, etc., assembling fan refixing in the original place including connection and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down opening and inspection of storage type water heater of size 25ltrs capacity and descaling with dilute hydrochloric acid, checking for water tightness of the inner tank, cable continuity, thermostat most of setting at 70 degree C checking fusible plug, stop cock including replacement of indicator lamp, rubber PVC gasket washers reassembling and refixing at old place and replacing unserviceable bolts and nuts, cementing work including hydraulic pressure testing with hand operated hydraulic pump complete after repair including spray painting of one coat with approved DUCO paint after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.
