Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F Steel work in tubular square/rectangular/round section trusses as in main and cross beam, rafter and purline including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1979 grade St.-240 , complete all as specified and directed

S&F Fe 410W (Gde E-250) quality A for 6mm thick mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted,bolted or welded attachment to bottom of GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed conforming to Fe-410W.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in stages for tank, roof kerbs covering over chajjas and similar locations rounded or chamferred on edges incl necessary formwork complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith after preparation complete.

S&F for Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating Gi based coorugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and Fix concertina coil of 600mm outer dia made out of 2.60mm dia spring steel wire 230gm /sqm dipped with corrosion preventive fluid (rusilo 901) of castrol make including white colour, each coil having min 50 turns (circles) and an average weight not less than 8.57 kg including handle and spike at both ends of coil errected in position on top of mild steel angle by fixing with MS rod for securing including necessary welding/clipping to MS sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand,steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts,including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fix Joist , channel, angle, or tee sections fixed independently, as in `Y' section/swan neck etc without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) grade Fe-410(Gde E-250)complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing old treated steel surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint, complete as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints haking for keys scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on finished with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finish the surfaces even and fair all as directed. ( Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M & L preparation of finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm

M & L for preparing old surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down moss and efflorescent salt etc and applying one coat of arcylic exterior emulsion antifungal paint(upto 4th floor)

Dismantling of single layer mangalore pattren or similar tiles in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for roof tiles, mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto same as item No. (18) but except tiles

M & L for preparing of new Mangalore pattern roof tiles surface by cleaning the tiles by wire brushes to remove all existing fungal growth etc and applying one coat of antifungal paint using UNIGLOSS deluxe multi surface paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as above item No (20) but applying one coat of antifungal paint on old surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Excavating in trenches for hard/dense soil exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out hard/dense soil.

Excavation in post holes in soft/disintegrated rock each n exc 0.50cum getting out,returning in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone agg as in fdn /mass concrete for wall and post struts.

M & L Plain Cement Concrete Type C1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in parapets,wall copings, including use and waste of form work.

M & L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc and extra over for random or polygonal rubble walling, brought up to course etc

All as per item No. 28 above but except stone

M&L Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3

M&L for dressed laterite stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6.

Returing filling in incl spreading levelling watering in layers n.exc 25 cm for hard/dense soil

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 250 cum and n.exc 500 m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including plinth protection.

M&l for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) 20mm graded stone aggregate, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed of any mortar of any description or any thickness in floors , aprons etc

Supply and Laying of 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete paver block any shape & size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment etc all as specified.

M & L for 100mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graged aggregate) as sub base etc

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation etc all as specified.
