Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidder should have supplied Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite to power plant/process industries/reputed organization of value Rs.15Lakhs or above in a single order during preceding five financial years. As a proof furnish signed past Purchase Order copies placed by any Govt. sector/ PSU/ Reputed Private sector/ major industry.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall be Manufacturer / Dealer/ Supplier of Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite to power plant/process industries/reputed organization. The Agency shall furnish documentary proof.

Financial Status

Bidder should have proven financial capability and have an average annual turnover of Rs. 30Lakhs for any two years among preceding five financial years. The bidder shall furnish a copy of turnover certificate / Profit and loss statement duly certified by a charted accountant to establish annual turnover requirement stipulated above.

Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof.
