Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: using Flyash bricks of size 290x225x140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 50 Kg/Sqcm. For manuacturing flyash solid bricks using flyash of 80kgs , cment of 15kgs , Gypsum of 5kgs, including cost and conveyance of all materials complete for finished item of work.

Reinforced Fly Ash Brick Masonary partition walls 11.2 cm in CM(1:6) using Fly ash bricks of size 290 x 112 x 140 mm for manufacturing of flyash solid blocks using flyash of 80 kgs, cement of 15 kgs. Providing Skirting to internal walls and Risers of Steps to 15 cm height with Polished shabad / Tandur stone minimum 15 to 18 mm thick of size (0.254M x0.254M) length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:3) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, natural river sand and manufactured sand (Rock sand) in the ratio of 50:50, and water etc., complete excluding seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work,

Painting to new internal walls with two (2) coats of ready mixed oil bound washable distemper acrylic base of approved brand and shade over a base coat of cement primer water base interior Grade-I of approved brand, makind three (3) coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for internal walls (SS 911)
