De-coupling, Dismantling, Examination, Cleaning, Replacing of worn out parts, reassembling and re – commissioning of pump satisfactorily.
Charges for dismantling of bowl assembly, bearings, wear rings etc. Cleaning, machining and assembling of new bearing, wear ring to suit with the existing bowl assembly at out side work shop.
Dismantling of column pipe, cleaning pipes and thread portion, patch welding of puncture portion if any at outside work shop.
Charges for painting with, one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and one coat of coal tar one over the other with proper intervals, pump components and column pipe’s immersed in water.
