Providing service for unintrerrupted " Mainntanance and Operation " of sewage treatment plant installation of various capacities Non Cloging Sewage pump ,Air Blower ,DG set ,& All control system related STP Plant etc by deploying operator ( skilled ) adequately qualified ,in each installation one ( STP Operator ) for each shift of 8( eight ) hours for two shift at each installation to maintain effluent quality in SUMMER, MONSOON and WINTER season including on Sundays & holidays to achieve desired serviceability and other conditions thorough out the period ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge at the following locations :- (a) Sanjog Chatri Vihar STP 0.8 MLD ( Two Shift ) (b) Nirbhay Vihar STP 0.5 MLD ( Two Shift) (c) Gour Enclave STP 0.2 MLD ( Two Shift ) (d ) Rajiv Sindhu Vihar STP 0.5 MLD ( Two Shift ) Note :Total man power 08 Nos operator for 04 STP, one operator in each shift (in two shift) .

Providing service for unintrerrupted " Mainntanance and Operation " of RO Plant at dialysis center comprising of Feed water pump - 02 Nos , Multi Grade filter - 01 Nos , Activate carban filter - 01 No , Mixed bed plant - 01 No , at Comand Hospital ( CC ) Lucknow by deploying one operator ( skilled ) adequately qualified for one shift of 8( eight ) hours including Sundays and Holidays including minor repair / maintenance and carrying, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge at the following location :- RO Plant installation for Diallysis Center CH ( CC ) (a) Hardness test by Easy Test Kit for the softner plant . (b) Depending on condition of RO Mmbranes , cleaning of the same shall be taken up (c) Cleaning of the distribution loop and cleaning / sanitization of the RO water storage tank shall be taken up every one month interval (d) Regenaration of the softner plant shall be done 12 times in a month . (e) Regenaration of the mixed bed plant shall be done 4 times in a month . Note :- ( i ) Total man power 01 FGM (shift timing dicided by Engineer-in-Charge (During any breakdoun of plant operater and contractor shall be available at the site till repair and re start the plant as required.)

Notes for item no 1&2 : Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive for following item :- (i) Contractor shall provided necessary T & P for General Maintanace and opertation . (ii) The log sheets indicating daily fuel consumption, engine oil, lubricant grease, hours run, etc will be maintained by the contractor in each installations. Contractor shall provided Log book, Attendence Register,Plant running record book and rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to included in his quoted rates . (iii) The contractor will be responsible for upkeep of the installations in neat and tidy conditions and in a presentable manner. The surrounding of the installation will also be maintained neat and clean by removing grasses and other vegetation. (iv) The site documents such as Log Sheet, Attendance etc will be checked daily by JE, weekly by Engineer-in-Charge and monthly by GE.

Notes contd/---- : (v) All plant and machinery equipment and other items belonging to plant including safety shall be responsibility of manpower employed by the contractor. (vi) If any slackness noticed a suitable action shall be initiated as per the existing rule and contract is liable to be terminated . (vii) The operator should have knowledge of safety precautions and first aid. (viii) Contractor shall provided two set of uniform, Shoe with Name Plate , Mobile connection , Etc (ix) Minor stores required should be provided by the contractor. (x) Major stores required for ractification of complaint will be supplied by the demartment. (xi) Contractor shall submit insurance cover of all the workers employed by him for 11 Month period. (xii) ontractor shall strictly followed Periodicity mentioned in P S cluses.

Overhauling, Oiling, Greasing and servicing of Air blower of any capacity by Opening of all parts , suction air filter ,bush ,bearing , rotor ,drum , bearing of motor shaft ,Neck ring, coupling with studs between motor & air blower ,& all other parts and re-assemble the same after greasing , oiling , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge. NOTES : - (i) Overhauling and servicing of Air blower should be carried out by Auth company or dealer Which is specialist of above . (ii) Spares/parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items as supply only.

Taking out /dismantling of Air blower pump set of rating 3 phase 440 Volts supply of capacity upto12.5 HP from STP plant at any location and shifting the same to contractor's workshop for repair and re-installation/refixing the same at its original site and testing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTES :- (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. (ii) Labour for assembling of old/serviceable and new parts to make the Air blower in serviceable condition shall be included under appropriate item here in after. (iii) Spare/parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items here in after.

Cutting out the existing winding of the motor, opening of winding, and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of best quality of existing size/gauge and weight including replacement of insulation material, varnish, bearing, connection plate and all other petty items required to make motor functional and re-assembling the motor including installation commission and testing on full load , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Note :Old dismantled winding wire will be contractor property for which credit has been considered under schedule of credit. Make of winding wire :DEVI DAYAL/ HTP/ CHETAK or any other equivalent make as approved by GE/Engineer-in -Charge.

Repairing of pump by re-threading of worn out studs holes and supply and fixing over size studs with nut and washer, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Repairing of pump shaft by depositing metal on it by breazing, grinding and polishing to appropriate size of the shaft, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of gun metal/stainless steel bush of pump shaft, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in - Charge.

Supply and fixing of driven end bearing of blower shaft , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of end bearing of blower shaft , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of gland and packing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of coupling with studs between motor & air blower , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of suction air filter, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -charge.

NOTES :- (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. Taking out unserviceable non clog submersible type raw effluent sewage lifting Submersible pump set of capacity upto 10 HP of rating 3 phase 440 Volts, from raw sewage collection sump/well of STP plant well upto 18 metre depth at any location in cantt area lucknow ,for cleaning of muds , overhauling, Oiling,Greasing and servicing by Opening of all parts , bush ,bearing , rotor ,drum , bearing of motor shaft ,Neck ring, coupling with studs between motor & all other parts and re-assemble the same after greasing , oiling of and shifting the same to authorised workshop for repair , testing and re-installation/Re-fixing/lowering in the sewage sump , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Notes : - (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. (ii) Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items here in after. (iii) Overhauling and servicing of non clog submersible Pump should be carried out by Auth company or dealer Which is specialist of above here in after.

Attend the day to day complaint of non functing part to Air Blower , Air Blower Motor ,non clog submersible Pump, motor ,MCB DB ,Panel Board , DG set ,Electric cable ,Switch socket & other Electric connection of any size ,type ,capacity and all connected parts , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Notes : (i) Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (ii) Complaint Should be attend immediately within two hrs & Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service .

Attend the day to day sewage complaint related leakege , choke , replacement of any part , with cutting ,jointing and any other work of GI Pipe ,MS Pipe , PVC Pipe for any size ,type ,capacity and any location rectified the same , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Notes : (i) Parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (ii) Complaint Should be attend immediately within two hrs & Rectified the same day at the earliest without effecting of service .

Taking out the silt & foreign object , cleaning & removing sludge from course bar screen including all chamber of equilasation tank upto depth of 15 Metre of any capacity of STP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out the silt & foreign object , cleaning & removing sludge from Fine bar screen oil & grease Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out the silt & foreign object , cleaning & removing sludge from MBBR I & II Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out the silt & foreign object , cleaning & removing sludge from Tube Setteler Chamber with water pressure, bleaching powder etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of Plastic Media MBBR (Media) as per existing size & specification as per IS fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out unserviceable/burnt raw non clog submersible type raw effluent sewage lifting Submersible pump set of capacity upto 10 HP of rating 3 phase 440 Volts supply from raw sewage collection sump of STP plant at any location and shifting the same to authorised workshop for repair and re-installation/Re-fixing/lowering in the sewage sump , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTES :- (i) Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account. General servicing of Kirloskar Make DG set including tappet adjuistment of 30/50 KVA sets including supply and replacement of tappet cover gasket , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTES :- (i) Labour for assembling of old/serviceable and new parts to make the DG set in serviceable condition shall be included under appropriate item. (ii) Spare/parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items here in after.

Supply and fixing of diesel filter (34.32-1200) Primery and secondary fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of Lub Oil filter fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Supply and fixing of radiator hose pipe Set fixed as in replacment , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out /dismantling of self starter and transporting it into Authorised workshop for repair including replacement of bush pinion , carbon brushes, gear terminal plate, contact plate washer and reinstalling and testing , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTE :-Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.

Supply and fixing of DG Set repair/rewinding of field coil of self stater commutator including replacement of carbon brushes, terminal plate, contact plate, thrust washer , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out /dismantling of Radiator and transporting to authorised workshop for overhauling /servicing and cleaning with appropriates chemicals and welding of fins/tubes , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTE :-Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against this item and nothing extra shall be admisible on this account.

Dismantling of battery charger including servicing and repair of transformer , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTE :-Spare/parts renewed shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items here in after.

Supply and fixing of rectifier unit after dismanteling of old unservicable rectifier , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Dismantling of ring gear from DG set of different STPs including dismantling of alternator and re-alignment and fixing of ring gear gear , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Dismantling of water pump complete from DG set any make and supply and replacement of unserviceable part suitable for Ashoka Leyland Kirloskar DG set of capacity 30/50/82.5KVA at STPs , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Serving of alternator of any make including cleaning, varnicing & backing of winding , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Taking out Fuel injection pump assembly from DG set 30/50 KVA capacity and overhauling /calibration of the same from authorised dealer /calibration agency including replacement of worn out part such as gasket set, drive shaft, techno meter pump kit, bearing weight carrier, O ring sims etc for re- fixing pump assembly to DG set at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Supply and fixing of auto Amp meter for recording battery volt , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge.

Dismantling of Dynamo from DG set installed at STPs and transporting to workshop , strip opening taking out burnt winding wire form the stator cleaning the slot and re-winding the same with suitable size of copper winding wire , replacement of worn out diod, bearing and cutout , overhauling & servicing of the Dynamo and tranporting bakc to site and connecting the same with DG set and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. NOTES :- (i) Approval of chemical (calcium hypochlorite) shall be given after verifaction of test certificates of chemical of various manufactures and other factores like chemical and safety and health hazard aspects of usage of chlorination (ii) The brand / make of the chlorination of chemical must be stated in production and certified by govt laboratory confirming compliance of specification suitable for drinking water with a declearation from the laboratory that from the technical strengh stability health safety and operation point of view this product is used for drinking water applications for consumption by humans and the brand/make of calcium hypochlorite is suitable for drinking water chlorination and its sample has been tested by Govt Laboratory.

Provision for Bectroligical test and sample collection from Four STP plant in sterlized bottle by UP Pollution Control Board ,monthly periodically as per the enviroment ( Protection ) Rull Sch II ( Rule 3 ) 1986 , in permission standard in Sewage Treated Water for inland surface water i.e , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Contractor has to maintain the quality of water as below mentioned parameters: (a) Suspended solid Max < 50 mg / Ltrs . (b) Dissolved Solids max in - organic < 2100 mg /a , (c) PH value (6.5 to 9.0 PH ) (d) Biochemical oxygen Demand ( 5 days at 20 ^ degree cetigrate ) Max < 20 (e) COD ( Chemical Oxygen Demand ) up to 50 mg / l . (f) Total coliform in MPN as per standard Norms (g) Focal Coliform in MPN as per standard norms . NOTE:- Testing report for 04 no of STP for Raw sewage and after treatment water monthly wise on last week of each month will be included in quotaed rate .The contractor responsibilty to maintain test parameter as per standard norm planned sewage plant maintanance time to time fpr proper functioniong.
