Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including disposal of debris complete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 250 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc., from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes and hositing as required, reconnecting and refixing in position complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

M&L, brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls from any height including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, in any height, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in padding concrete as in levelling course/to maintain slopes on roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including necessary formwork and other similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description including cement plaster/padding concrete on concrete surface of roof slab upto original roof level including cleaning and disposal of debris off the premises complete all as directed.

M&L, Cutting out cracks to 'V' section on the existing roof/terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement sand slurry 1:3 and sealing with ShaliFix RM SG 01 Compound of make STP or equivalent as approved as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. M&L, preparation of cracked surfaces by removing any loose paint, dust or grease and removing existing coating completely and filling crack by ready to use fiber glass reinforced crack filling compound for both interior and exterior surfaces to ensure crack bridging for plaster cracks of upto 3mm as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
