Supply, erection, testing & commissioning of 02 Sets high pressure valves with filters in MIV pipe line for 02 Units at Sharavathy Generating Station

The brief scope of work covers as follows the high pressure valves and filters should be as per required technical specification & IS standard. Arrangement of Tools and tackles to carry out the work. Dismantling the old damaged high-pressure valves and filter blocks. Recording existing distance between the flanges, new high-pressure valves and filter set assembly and simulation before fabrication. Installation of new high-pressure valves and filter units to match the inlet and outlet flanges by fabrication with gaskets & bolts. Leak proof tightening of new high pressure valves and filter units with high tensile bolts & fixtures. Cleaning the new high-pressure valves and filter units after fabrication and coating with primer and recommended paint. Welding, gas cutting, drilling flange holes, lifting, lowering, dismantling, fixing are covered with scope of work and contractor should arrange for the required equipments, lifting tools, tackles, ropes, spanners and safety gadgets and insurance for the labourers technicians deployed for the works.
