Providing & repairing of 10 HP, 2900 RPM, 25 mtr. head 3 phase monoblock kirlosker make 2 motor pump set at Gadhkalika pump house including following the parts & work .

Carefully disconncting of above motor pump set at suction & delivery base plate i/c complete servicing of pump chamber pulley movement of impeller unit with fitting.

Providing & fixing of hardware material including nut bolt packing gland etc.

Providing & fixing G.M. long bush & oil seal.

Providing & fixing of 100 mm. dia. Footvalve changing heavy duty new compressed lather complete opening, fitting, changing including with as per required G.I. nut bolt & wiser etc.

Providing & making of bearing sheet by welding & lath machine turning & polishing on pump shaft.

Providing & complete servicing of pump chamber fully movement of impuller unit with as per required fitting work including check nut, nut bolt, wiser, oil paper etc. complete

Providing & cleaning of slot by CTC and removing moisture then varnishing and drying by heating process.

Providing & fixing of drive & non driver bearing as per required keth work.

Providing and fixing of terminal plate.

Providing & fixing making of diamtrically balancing rotor assembley

Labour charge for complete repairing opening & refitting of 100 mm dia non return valve & sluice valve i/c cutting of old damaged nut bolt & providing recasting finishing, machning of gate plate holding rod assembley as per sample and required packing, complete nut bolt for fitting on delivery pipeline at site.

Complete refitting of pump after repairing and checking of horizontel and vertical alligment of motor pump set coupling with trial testing on load etc including loading uloading charge from site to work shop and back

Providing & complete rewinding work of 10 H.P 440 volt 3 phase mono block motor set cutting of burnt winding wire & slots malted chips P.V.C. material from slots cleaning & decarborizing of complete stator slots rotor etc. making of supper enambelled copper in sulated new coils fixing in the stator slots insulation etc complete i/c soldering brazing refitting of rewinding motor allingment and dynamically balance of rotor horizontal allingment with pump trial & testing etc, complete job

Providing & fixing of C.I. motor cooling fan

Complete refitting on motor and base plate checking of horizontal and vertical alignment of motor pump set, coupling with pump and trial testing etc. i/c including loading and unloading charge site to work shop and back.
