REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF LT PANEL MCCBs CABLE AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF UNDER GE NASIRABAD

M&L Earthing complete with GI strip as earth lead and MS galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate is not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strips 32 x 6 mm with GI pipe, nuts, bolts and washers complete upto and including test point made out of 40 x 3mm GI flat, PCC pit of required size in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and RCC cover with frame including plastering and white wash, charcoal, common salt 15cm at round the earth plate, watering pipe 20mm med grade/galvanized and 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for GI strip protection with GI funnel including dismantling old earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009. Notes: (i) The unit rate includes for 40mm diam medium grade protection pipe and earth lead upto 7.50 meter. (ii) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured & paid seperately separately. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional height of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate.

S&F in repair 32mm x 6 mm GI strip as in earth continuity conductor fixed to wall or pole or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unservicible cable and Supply, laying & testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of Size 35 Sqmm X 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 5.00 but Size 50 Sqmm X 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 5.00 but Size 70 Sqmm X 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 5.00 but Size 95 Sqmm X 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 5.00 but Size 120 Sqmm X 3.5 core.

All as per item No. 5.00 but Size 150 Sqmm X 3.5 core.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for pole foundation, cable trench, etc and getting out in any type of soft/hard soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection (8 cm below cable & 15 cm above cable) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Compacted/punned thickness shall be measured & paid.

Supplying and laying sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in replacement MCCB, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, thermal magnetic release type, Ics=100% Icu with adjustable overload setting and adjustable short circuit setting, including spreader terminals and phase barrier fixed in existing panel board by providing suitable nuts, bolts, washers, etc for the following capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following item below:-

All as per item No. 11.00 but MCCB, 4 pole, 400 amps having rapturing capacity 36kA.

All as per item No. 11.00 but MCCB, 4 pole, 250 amps having rapturing capacity 36kA.

All as per item No. 11.00 but MCCB, 4 pole, 200 amps having rapturing capacity 36kA.

All as per item No. 11.00 but MCCB, 4 pole, 160 amps having rapturing capacity 36kA.

Cutting of bituminous road/PCC hard standing/ road/ floor for laying of GI pipe upto 100mm dia (trench not more than 0.3m x 0.3m) for passing of cable including making good the disturbed surfaces with and including PCC 1:3:6 after laying pipes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-GI pipe shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

S&F size light grade with all fittings as required for passing through cables under floors, along the wall or along the pole, etc with suitable size M.S.flat iron clamps incl nut,bolt and washer including taking down old rusted pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge following item below:-

Repairing of indoor/outdoor type LT panel board mounted on angle / PCC floor of any size with and including replacement of unserviceable switch/control gears, connector, indicator lamps, panel door lock and other minor repairs including rewiring and extension of incoming and out going cables (cable excluded) by opening of loops/making joints and providing cable lugs /thimbles as reqd including repairing rusted part of sheet metal door with existing size MS sheets by necessary arc/gas welding and removing all dirt, dust etc. with air blower and painting complete panel board with two coats of synthetic enamel spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer including writing identification works complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, panel is comprising of the following items below:-

All as per above Iten No 14.00 but including of the following ietms:- (a) MCCB 100 A to 400 A, 3/4 pole 415 Volt -04 to 07 Nos (b) Indicator Lamp RYB LED type with fuse.-01 set (c) Aluminium/Copper bus bar RYB & N - 01 set (d) Amp / Volt Meter 02 Nos (e) MCB TPN/SPN/SP mounting on bus bar -01 to 6 Nos Note: (i) Cost of providing aluminium thimbles, earth and neutral link, insulator, hylem sheet, any type of screws or any other minor spares of any type as required at site is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) MCCB, MCB, aluminium bus bar, indicator lamp, Amp / Volt meter or any other major parts required for relacement shall be measured and paid serately in relevent item.

S&F in replacement LED type indicating Lamp for indication of RYB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Digital LED Voltmeter range 50-520 V flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Digital LED Ammeter range 0-100 Amps, flush type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair MCCB 4 Pole, spreader terminals as per existing pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces on iron gate, rolling shutter, change over switches and similar items and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m including taking out old unserviceable rubber matting and removing from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 3 pole power contractors 50 Amps 440 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 3 pole power contractors 40 Amps 440 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 3 pole power contractors 32 Amps 440 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 3 pole power contractors 25 Amps 440 volts 50 Hz complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting unaxious green growth and wild grass, bushes, shrubs by manual labour or by machine at Electrical Installation Premises, around Pole, along the boundary Fencing, removing rubbish from the Site of Work and deposting where directed not exc. 100 Metre from the starting Point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The Item shall be operated maximum 2 times in the entire period of the Contract and the measurement will be taken every time independently for Payment.

M & L Painting to the HT/LT PCC Electric poles of upto 11mtr height with strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black synthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole including one coat of lime wash on PCC copping of pole, two coat of white colour cement base paint on pole and two coat of aluminium paint to channels, cross arm, clamps and pipes fixed/ mounted on pole after scraching out old paint, cleaning and making exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ stricker complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in repair for loose filling with broken stone or boulder aggregates of gauge 40 to 80 mm in soakage pits, soakage wells, on open space etc. and taking out old soiled aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
