Removing the burnt winding wire from fan of any size. Cleaning the slot, rewinding with super enameled copper wire of suitable size, varnishing, vacuum impreheating, replacing connecting lead wire with insulated sleeve insulating complete all as specified for the following fans:-

Painting and numbering of fans of any type/ size with one coat of synthetic enamel paint using approved quality/shade including preparation of surface complete for the following fans all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only canopy set of two nos of approved make for up and down suitable for ceiling fans to match with original make and model as per existing all as per specified and directed.

Taking down window type AC unit of any capacity/ Make/ model from its position, cleaning and servicing the entire AC such as cleaning of condenser, filter and cooling coil base bottom and fins. servicing of fan motor by oiling / greasing and checking of electrical wiring and replacement of short circuited wires terminal clips etc for smooth function, re- install the AC in the existing place with proper thermocol insulating, testing and commissioning complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All spares will be measured and paid seprately.

M & L for Removing body outer cover, front grill of window type air conditioner unit capacity up to 2 Ton and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over the outer cover after cleaning, scarping old painted surface and re-fixing the same including marking the SM No. unit name etc using synthetic enamel black paint all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Chemical wash out of cooling pipe/ fins of window type air conditioner capacity upto 2 Ton any make/ model etc complete all as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs Sheet metal clad socket enclosure having 3 pin socket , 3 pin metal plug top with one single pole MCB 'C' curve rating 20 Amps , 240 Volts as in repairs including making good disturbed surface of wall all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing water cooler of any make/ capacity from its installed position after disconnecting of all for servicing replacing spares (such as compressor unit , water filter, fan motor, internal wiring kit, insulating materials and other spares etc if required as directed by engineer in charge) and cleaning the storage tank/ all incoming and outgoing water pipe line using wiping with soap water. including refixing the same in possition with all connection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All spares and transportation to workshop if required will be measured and paid seprately.

Removing the defective compressor of any make from water cooler and provision of new compressor of approved make as per exsiting make and of any capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Transportation of water cooler any make/ capacity from factory premises to workshop for repairing work .

M & L for Flushing vaccuminising and dehydration as per standard practice including leaking testing by the help of Nitrogen gas and arresting the leakage complete by welding/ brazing the water cooler of any capacity and charging Gas refregent as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Strainer and capillary copper tube of water cooler capacity up to 120 Litres storage, approved make/ model etc all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Replacement of complete internal wiring kit for water coolers upto 120 litres storage capacity /approved Make/ model etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F Condenser motor for water cooler capacity up to 120 Litres storage approved make winding using super enamelled copper wire in proper gauge and quantity in original of reputed company all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Insulating material like glass wool/thermocoool/polyprolene sheet around the water cooler tank of any storage capacity all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting and removing corroded rusted body sheet metal portion up to 30 cm height all around and replacement with new fabricated MS sheet of existing gauge and matching the same on the exterior by metal paste and two coats painting with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing colour of water cooler of capacity upto 120 litres all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting and removing corroded rusted angle base portion where compressor and condenser are mounted and replacing with new metal sheet/ iron angles of existing gauge including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to repaired portion of water cooler all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Preparation of old painted surfaces (water cooler any type/make/model etc) and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun to the entire unit after removing the existing paint using sandpaper of suitable grade, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Colour for paint approved by Engr-in-charge.
