Outsourcing for Operation of Central sewage treatment plant cap 1.5 MLD with moving bed bio reactor type media used Activated polyprpelene situated near MAP Md accn for 11 (eleven) consecutive months of the calander year by engaging One Operator and One helper at site alongwith necessary tools/ tackels etc in three shifts daily each shift of 08 (eight) hours (from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs,1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs and 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs) for sewage treatment plant with machinery including security of plants/eqpts/installation providing services, repair/relacement of gland packing, nuts and bolts, rubber coupling, general cleaning of plant/eqpt i.e. of Centrifugal pumps, DG set, maintaining daily log sheet, as directed by Engr-in-Charge and general cleanliness of the installation and the surroundings. Note for item No 1 :- 1. The Operator shall liase with MES staff/authorities as and when required and put best efforts to run the STP smoothly and freequently to avoid waste water clogging in the station. 2. The Operator shall operate DG Set, LT panel & other machinaries, at his responsible installation, as and when required. 3. The Contractor shall solely responsible for any accident/mishappening. No claim shall be admissible on this account. 4. Contractor shall be carried out necessary testing of STP plant as specified in STP Mannual

Supply and mixing of ferric Alum as and when required complete all as specified and directed

Supply and mixing of Bio-Nuts for healthy growth of bacteria in waste water treatment plants for B.O.D related treatments as and when required complete all as specified and directed Make : TES (Techno Economic Services) or equivalent

Supply and mixing of liquid chlorine as and when required complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of aeration tanks once in two month and removing all the settled sludge or any other type of material out side defence land including cleaning of filter media complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of sludge from sludge beds and removal the same to out side defence Land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out after disconnecting and dismantling electrically and from delivery line sewage sumbersible pumping set 12.5 HP Make KSB model KRTU 100 complete from existing raw sewage sump for repair and maintenance and refixing, reconnecting and testing the same after completion of following repair work :-(a) Cleaning complete pump set and dismantling of submersible motor pump for repair all as directed. (b) Material and Labour for replacement of gasket and 'O' ring set- 1 Set. (c) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s ball bearing and packing with bearing grease of suitable grade all as directed by Engr in charge.- 1 Set of two. (d) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s mechanical seal- 1 Set. (e) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s lock nut. (f) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s shaft/bearing sleeve(S/S)- 1 No. (g) Material and Labour for replacement of Oil with oil of grade SAE 40 W- 2 Ltr.(h) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s high Tensile Bolts, LN key type washers etc- 1 Set. (j) Assembling the pump and motor duly greasing all fits of various components and screw connections before mounting.

Taking out after disconnecting and dismantling electrically and from delivery line sewage sumbersible pumping set 10.0 HP Make KSB model KRTU 100 complete from existing raw sewage sump for repair and maintenance and refixing, reconnecting and testing the same after completion of following repair work :- (a) Cleaning complete pump set and dismantling of submersible motor pump for repair all as directed. (b) Material and Labour for replacement of gasket and 'O' ring set- 1 Set. (c) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s ball bearing and packing with bearing grease of suitable grade all as directed by Engr in charge.- 1 Set of two. (e) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s lock nut. (f) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s shaft/bearing sleeve(S/S)- 1 No. (g) Material and Labour for replacement of Oil with oil of grade SAE 40 W- 2 Ltr. (h) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s high Tensile Bolts, LN key type washers etc- 1 Set. (j) Assembling the pump and motor duly greasing all fits of various components and screw connections before mounting.

Disconnecting and dismantling from the mounting platform of sewage treatment plant, Air Blower assembly consisting of twin lobe rotary Blower and and motor coupled by V Belt of capacity 15 HP complete of Make (Blower) 'EVEREST' and (motor) 'USHA' for repair and maintenance and refixing, reconnecting and testing and the same after completion of following repair work :- (i) Air Blower Assembly. (a) Cleaning complete twin lobe rotary blower assy and dismantling of blower for repair all as directed. (b) Material and Labour for replacement of dry bag type suction air filter.- 1 No. (c) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s bearing and packing with bearing grease of Castrol AP-2 or equivalent grade all as directed by Engr in charge.- 2 Set of two. (d) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s oil seal- 1 Set. (e) Material and Labour for replacement of Oil with oil of grade SAE 90/SERVO GEAR SUPER 90- 4 Ltr. (f) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s high Tensile Bolts, nuts, washers etc- 1 Set. (j) Setting clearance of rotor timing using feeler gauges and adjustments untill uniform clearance is set all over.- 1 Job. (k) Assembling the blower duly greasing all fits of various components and screw connections before mounting. (l) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s V Belt of No. FK 548- 3 Nos. (m) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s Pressure gauge of range 0-1 Kg/cm². Make : H Guru/FIBIG/Air Master- 1 Nos. (ii) Induction Motor AC 415 V 3 Phase 50 Hz. ) Cleaning complete motor by CTC/Petrol and dismantling of motor for repair all as directed. (b) Material and Labour for cleaning of winding and parts by CTC/Petrol and revarnishing winding , ovening etc- 1 Job. (c) Material and Labour for replacement of existing u/s bearing and packing with bearing grease of suitable grade all as directed by Engr in charge.- 1 Set of two. (j) Assembling the motor duly replacing worn out nut bolts, washers etc. and replacing u/s connection cable lugs- 1 Job

Supply only Bearing Grease in 1 Kg Packing

Carrying out the following different checks of each DG sets 200 KVA of Mahindra make as recommended by manufacture complete all as specified and directed. (a) Material and labour for repair of DG set by providing gear box to flywheel and alternator to start on AUTO/MANUAL easily. (b) Complete servicing of DG set as per OEM instructions with replacement of lubes and all type of filters reqd at site. (c) Repair of Battery charging system, DG control relay with AMF system complete all as per OEM instructions. Note: Rates of Parts are included for Parts (a,b &c) will be changed/Replacement completely if not working are dameged any within one year of period after completion of Work.
