Incase the slightest indication of seepage / leekage is noticed, the same shall be rectified by injection grouting to seal all cracks or application of polymer modified mortar STP LIMITED SHALI SBR-LATEX or equivalent of M/s MC Bauchemie/CIPY SIKA / Pidilite Dr Fixit / Asian paints / Thermax / STP admixed with integral WPG or cementitous crystalline waterproofirg compound in the affected area to seal all cracks and mícro cracks if any, and this shall be done by contractor at his own cost. (iv) Apply additional coat of STP LIMITED SHALIURETHANE BTD-BLACK or equivalent of Asian paints / M/s MC Bauchemie / CIPYI SIKA/ Pidilite Dr Fixit / Thermax / STP (v) All junction points of side walls where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy cement mnortar

M&L for PCC (1:5:10) type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor laying PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in floors/sub base of 75 mm average thick for etc finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and directed.
