Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. HSR Item No. 30.22

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). HSR Item No. 7.20.2

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand). HSR Item No. 11.5.4
