Construction Cost

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Providing,supplying,fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlocking concrete paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting,corbelling, splays whereever necessary to proper size with cost,conveyance,royalities of all materials and as directed by Engineer-in-chief.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

CD works

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors by using 4cm. Size black hard (crusher broken ) granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 6" thick including cost , conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and T & P required for the work but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 of MoRD but excluding the charges of GST & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometer stone/ local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting & printing etc. as per the drawing &technical specification clause 1703 of MoRD but excluding the charges of GST and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting Informatory retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTMD4956-09type-III and IV strictly conforming to clause 6.7of IRC67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00mm thick as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC:67-2012 or A.C.P (Aluminium Composite Panel) used for sign boards with a thermo plastic core of blow density polythylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aliminium with over all thickness of 4mm and aliminium thichness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mildsteel square post 80mmx80mmx3mm, 2nos and 5nos horizontal and 3no vertical extra supporting member of M.S pipe of size 50mmx50mmx3mm firmly fixed to the ground by means properly designed foundation withM-15 grade cement concrete 90cmx90cmx15cm, 150cm below ground level of as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, excavation, curingetc. complete,under supervision of Engineer-In-Charge.Size-12'X8'(3657mm x 2438mm Rectangle)

Information signs

Providing and fixing of typical Citizen sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two MS plates of 2mm thick, top & middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plate will be welded to 2nos 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in C.C. M-15 grade blocks of 600mmx600mmx750mm, 750mm below ground level. The top most dimond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering & printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quailty in required shade & colour. All sections of framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
