Supplying, erection & Construction of Cold Room within existing civil structure with necessary modification made of prefabricated thermal Insulation panels of approved manufacturer made from S.S. sheet of 0.5 mm thickness on internal side of cold room and repainted G.I. Sheet of 0.5 mm thickness at external side with PUF insulation of 40kg/cu (+/-2%) density thermal conductivity less than 0.02 Wb/cu m. and thickness 100 mm sand witched in between G.1. Sheet and S.S. Sheet having cam lock arrangement for fastening together and fixing by means of cam action hook and /pin locking device flashers angles revetts and finally sealing using silicon sealant fitted along with embedded electrical wiring circuit and required number of light fittings of adequate protection of class so as to maintain required lux level within the cold room. Supplying and erecting prefabricated flush type swing door for cold room complete air tight of size 1.06 m (W) x 1.98 m (H) made from 0.5 mm thick S.S. Sheet on both sides having sand witched PUF insulation of 40 kg/ mtr cu and 100 mm thickness complete installing along with the door frame firmly to the cold room panels having non corrosive handles locks hinges heaters in door leaf and frame audio alarm for door open condition, auto lock and release mechanism in an approved manned.

Providing thermally insulated layer below flooring having 60 mm thick PUF Insulation of 40 kg/mtr cube density, thermal conductivity less than 0.02 Wb/mtr cube and thickness 60 mm properly embedded with mechanically strong framework and the required PCC finished with KOTA tiles on surface of minimum 25 mm thickness duly polished and constructing to maintain proper gradient along with the provision of drain arrangement and air trap in an approved manner to be provided by the contractor

Installing & Commissioning Air Cooled Refrigeration System having capacity 40000 BTU/Hour to maintain indoor conditions of 4 degree centigrade with tolerance of (+/-) 2 degree centigrade running on environment friendly R404a refrigerant comprising Compact, Slim & Sleek Evaporating Units made of Stainless Steel body, coils having inner grooved copper tubes, external rotor driven fans having low noise levels, In-built defrost heaters, etc. and Condensing unit Powder coated for Corrosion and UV resistance with inner grooved copper tubes, hermetic scroll compressors running on 3Ph Power supply, In-built interlock safety features such as LP, HP, Anti-freeze, etc. with complete Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the system with first charge of R404a refrigerant, required length interconnected copper piping between Indoor and Outdoor units, interconnected Control cabling, Power cabling from Indoor unit and Outdoor unit to the Electrical Panel having Electronic digital temperature management & control system with display having (timer to switch on every 8 hrs automatically one system along with Temperature data logger, monitoring & BMS compatibility system)

Supply & Installation of Racks made of SS-304. Each rack has 4 level storage The Mortuary rack shall consist of three major components: the post bearing rail weldment guide channel, the rear bumper bars and the front tie bars. The post bearing rail weldment shall be made of 16 gauge stainless steel grade SS304 wall tubing with a #2B finish. Each rack section is modular construction and completely self-supporting. Shall include adjustable levelling feet. The rear bumper bars and front te bars are made of heavy-duty 16 gauge stainless steel grade SS304. Each body storage has two each tray bumpers. Three Tier Racks with long side loading having overall size 78" (L) x 24" (D) x 88' (H) fabricated to design having 4 levels of storage, with each level having a removable stretcher of standard size for ease of use and handling. Body Racks: Consists of 24 Racks with 4 Tier each in modulated form, as per Room size availability.

Supply & Installation of Stretchers SS 304 (4 each for the 32 racks, 2 for carriers, 2 for lift & 2 spare) Each Stretcher shall be independent with foor resting legs for each manoeuvring and placement made of 16 gauge stainless steel grade SS304 wall tubing and 20swg sheet with sufficient supports and handles.

Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of SCRUBBER UNIT for exhaust with UVC. The Scrubber shall be Electrostatic precipitation technology based dry type air cleaner. Unit shall be made of 16gauge galvanized sheet. The unit shall be integrated & connected with exhaust fan sections including all necessary accessories to complete the installation. (This is to be done by Installer) Electrostatic Precipitator should be able to charge particles from 0.01 micron to 10microns through solid state power supply. Collector cell should be of permanent type and incorporate slide out facility for easy removal for cleaning The system should be fitted with interlock switch for safety. The system should allow connection to a fan section to achieve 500FPM velocity across the air deaner.

Supply, fabrication, installation and testing of GI ducts of 22 Gauge having following thicknesses including necessary hangers/ supports, accessories, vanes, rubber gasket etc. in accordance with the approved shop drawings. Ducts to be sent in Factory Fabricated and Fully Boxed Form at the jobsite. The factory fabricated ducts shall be as per approved make list only. The quoted costs should include: i) Ducts with reinforcement strengthening ii) Air tight joints iii) Accessories such as splitter, damper, guide vane etc. iv) Hangers and supports. v) Ducts shall be fully sealed with Silicon Sealant for leak tight installation.
