Window Size: 3'x2' i. Stripping and fitting of the existing window assembly complete safely and remove the fouver shutter. In case of any damage make during working, interior matching sunmica and other fitting to be provided and fitted by the contractor. ii. Fixing of exterior window profile make size: 3'x2' and Size: 2'x2' with MS Sheet 1.6 mm, MS Sheet will be supplied by Railway Administration. iii. Smoke Glass shall be fitted with the help of the fixing rubber profile with 14 key. Rubber profile and smoke glasses to be supplied by the Railway administration. iv. Profile cutting of MS Sheet, Welding, Grinding and glass cutting to be managed by the contractor accordingly. v. Welding plant and gas cutting plant to be managed by the contractor. vi. After sealing of window, stripped window assembly to be fitted properly with interior matching. vii. All exterior window glass look shall be similar/ matching in dimension and better appearance accordingly. viii. All window glasses shall be scaled with silicon sealant to avoid dust and effective cooling accordingly. Sealant to be provided by contractor. ix. Tools and labour arrangement by the contractor

Ceramic floor tiles make Somany, Kajaria, Jhonson & Jhonson colour to be approved by CWM/Dy. CME. b. Wooden beading shall be provided on skirt tiles top accordingly by contractor. Fixing material as cement, Morang, Mesh etc for Floor Tiles and Two component tiles adhesive for wooden base make Ardex Endura, MYK Laticrete, Pidilite or equivalent for wall tiles shall be provided by firm. c. Tiles shall be fixed on to the top of the existing structure if plywood damage to be replace where required as 6 mm/12mm/18 mm. d. S.S. Drain Jali should be provided at drainage hole. e. Floor & wall tiles shall be fitted sturdy enough to take Rolling stock vibration during run & shunting. f.
