Dismantling the old ACB of 800 amp complete including its cradle after disconnecting the joints and mounting connections after discharging the ACB in proper shut down condition of the L.T. panel with all tools , men power etc.

Supply of Heavy duty microprocessor release based AHA series current capacity 800 Ampere Air Circuit Breaker (ACB) with Auxiliary switch , Breaking capacity 50 KA, with over current and short circuit protection & as per IEC 60947-2 , IS 13947-2, Triple Pole, 415V AC, Make: C&S.

Fixing the new 800 Amp ACB with cradle in the bus coupler chamber including supply and fixing of MS Angle base support / frame of suitable size for mounting the ACB with supply of material and complete work as required for mounting and fixing of the cradle / ACB as required with all tools , men power etc.

Dismantling the old door of the ACB chamber and fabrication and fixing of the new door fabricated in CRCA Sheet complete of suitable size and with suitable cut out for proper operation of the new ACB complete duly painted through powder coating and with complete other accessories like locks, hinges etc. as per required at site.

Dismantling the existing bus bars connections of ACBs & amendment of bus bar lengths in aluminium construction of suitable cross section/ measurement with bending/ shaping as required for retrofitting of ACB and making the bus bar joints of the new 800 amp ACB and other required items for the replacement existing ACBs for making all the required connections of supply arrangement at both sides including bending/ cutting/ shaping of the bus bars as required. The job includes providing of nuts bolts insulators, other consumables as per site requirement.

Work of rectification of faulty wiring of control circuit as well as indication ligts etc circuit as per site requirement.

Connection of CT in the associated bus bars of each phase in the panel while keeping the insulation of the busbar safe .

Work of wiring for the connection of CT with the meter and tripping circuit.

Supply and fixing of digital type ampere meter Make AE/C&S/L&T/Any DJB Approved

Supply and fixing of digital type Volt meter Make AE/C&S/L&T/Any DJB Approved

Supply and fixing of digital type KW meter Make AE/C&S/L&T/Any DJB Approved

Supply and fixing of digital type Power factory meter Make AE/C&S/L&T/Any DJB Approved

Work of removal of old & non working over current and earth fault relay from the panel and opening of the connected wires etc.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of electronic relay with over current and earth fault protection, job includes the cutting in the door and connection of the relay along with proper thimble, lugs etc Make C&S

Supply and fixing of ON/OFF/Trip indication light to show the current status of the ACB the job includes the connection of the lights along with proper thimble, lugs etc Make C&S

Work of vacuum cleaning of the complete panel after removal of ACB from the panel, the work includes the cleaning of busbar and replacement of old screws etc

Replacement of UVT ( under voltage trip ) of ACB of 800 Amp 3 Pole make C&S with tools and equipments required to complete the work.

Complete major overhauling of the ACB 800 Amp 3 Pole using CRC , oiling of moving parts, cleaning of Jaw and cradle terminal checking and adjustment of Auxiliary switch , checking over current and short circuit protection & as per IEC 60947-2 , IS 13947-2.

Work of re insulation of the existing bus bar with RYB high insulation tape work includes the removal of old insulation and cleaning of the busbar with all tools all required equipment.

Testing of complete panel along with all the functions of the newly installed ACB and complete panel as per load requirement and testing of operations /bus coupling operations.

Old scrap rebate
