Providing and fixing ARMTstrong fine fissured 600 x 600mm size tegular edge mineral fibre tiles placed on ‘ 15MM T ‘ runners including providing necessary support, cut outs etc ceiling to be installed by specialist or approved contractors (as recommended by manufacturers). No extra charge shall be given for providing cut outs for light Fittings, grill diffusers, slits or for making any grooves if required. All constructed and specified in accordance to the Drg.

FLOORING

Providing and fixing under deck thermal nitrile rubber insulation thickness 9mm including all material & labour.

Providing & Installing Raised False Floor. Material : 150/300/450/600mm high 600X600mm false floor of Hewitson / Unitile with antistatic laminate finish (readymade) i/c wastage etc.
