Dismantling charges of different thermodrum accessories such as fire arch, burner, slinger conveyor system rollers and belt etc. for easy access of flights inside of thermodrum using necessary tools and labour.

Dismantling old and worn-out flights by gas cutting.

Hire charges of movable crane.

Cost of lowering and stacking after dismantling old and worn-out flights.

Boiler plate (size: 4ft x 8ft x 8mm thickness x 14pcs.)

Cutting to requisite length or shape of boiler plate.

Bending of requisite shape cut boiler plate (thickness-8mm) to required shape.

Drilling holes of requisite diameter on newly prepared flights (dia. above 12mm and depth upto 10mm)

Cost of hoisting and placing in proper position of newly prepared flights including fitting and fixing with nuts and bolts.

Supplying nuts and bolts, washers (dia.-10 to 16mm, length-upto 75mm).

Continuous welding applied to fabricate flights and flight holder properly.

Cost of hoisting and placing in proper position of different thermodrum accessories such as fire arch, burner, slinger conveyor system rollers and belt etc. by hiring necessary tools including fitting and fixing the same after proper alignment.
