Dismantling AC/CGI/PPGI corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in wall cladding or roof coverings and hanger doors including ridges and make good for aluminium earthing strips after fixing of sheets, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hooks or cranked hook bolts as in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating @ minimum 120 gm /sqm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only plain or corrugated steel sheet of any guage or thickness as obtained from dismantling item and shall be fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hooks or cranked hook bolts as in roof all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix half round color coated UPVC gutter/runner drop for rain water drain in bldgs of size not exceeding 150 mm with firmly attached downpout of suitable size discharging storm water into PVC SWR pipe of 110 mm dia and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: the rate shall be inclusive of downpouts, drop outlet, Elbow, End cap, Straight connecter, brackets, downspout couple, splash block, out site corner, clamps as required at site as per standared Engineering practice.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating PPGL based corrugated/Trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating PPGL based plain steel sheet 0.60mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, eave board, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of old surface applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm wide or girth incl preparation of surface etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing of Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions not exc. 150mm thick, above or below Ground Level using concrete cutter and making good same as previous to the effected area, complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for taking down of existing roof treatment from roof and terrace, roughening surface of old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and applying roof treatment with the following steps and specifications:- a) Applying crack seal compound of same manufacture of waterproof to fill all cracks of observed on the roof. b) Applying cement slurry over concrete surfaces @3kg/sqm. c) Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures’ instruction(not less than 3% by weight of cement) on cleaned concrete surfaces of roof and finishing the surfaces fair and even including curing the plastered surfaces for 7 days by ponding of water over the roof, (leveling course). d) Applying evenly one coat of primer coating (diluted with water in the ratio specified by Manufacturers) (min @100-110Sq Ft per liter (diluted quantity)) on the cleaned plastered surfaces. The surface shall be left for air dry for minimum period of 2-3 Hrs. e) Applying evenly one coat of elastomeric water proof coat in one direction (as specified by Manufacturers)(min@ 0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs) and allow to air dry for 4-6 hrs before applying second coat in other direction perpendicular to the first one (as specified by Manufacturers) (min @0.9-1.0 sqm per ltrs. The total thickness of two coats shall be 0.5 to 0.6 mm. f) The whole system shall be left for air cure for min Seven days (without any movement). Make : - Dr Fixit Newcoat Ezee or Berger Home Shield PU RoofKoat or Asian Paints Smartcare Damp Proof or as equivalent approved by GE. Note : - (i) The waterproofing shall be carried out in the last stage of execution to avoid any damages during the execution. (ii) Payment against this item shall not be allowed till completion of all the stages of work for any slab. (iii) The work shall be executed through Authorized well-trained applicators as per manufacturer’s instructions after obtaining written approval from the GE

Dismantling wall and ceiling board any thickness including cover fillets, complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling of designer tile ivory painted (high pressure steam cured ) of 4mm thick (as per IS: 14862) of size 595x595mm and any one of the design (cascade or electra) in true horizontal level. Suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel section (galvanized @120gms both side inclusive and black painted groove on all T webs)consisting of main T runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet spaced at 1200mm c/c and cross T of size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm sheet 1200mm long spaecd between main T at 600mm c/c to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross T of length 600mm and size 15x32mm made of 0.3mm thick sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x22x0.40mm and laying false ceiling tiles in the grid including required cutting/making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc.Main T runners to be suspended from trusses/ceilings using suitable suspension arrangement as per manufacturers instructions/literature. GI adjustable wire of 4mm dia with galvanized butterfly level clips spaced at 1200mm c/c along main T bottom exposed width of 15mm of all T section of 4mm dia GI wire shall be pre-painted with with polyster paint and black painted groove at centre of size 4mm depth and 4.5mm width, all complete at all heights as per direction of Engr-in-charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to store complete all as directed

Supply & Fix 110mm dia bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls including all fittings and fixed with clamp all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) bends any radius all as specified & directed.

Supply & Fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) branch pieces, single 'Y'/'T', equal or unequal all as specified & directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) in two layers mixed with water liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction in top layer 5 mm thick finishing the surfaces with fair and even without using extra cement including Taking down of cement plaster of any description including racking out joints for key scrubing with water complete all as specified and directed. . Note: Liquid water proofing compound of Make - Conplast WL,Sika,Dr.Fixit measure separtely.

Supply only integral WPC ( Integral waterproofing liquid admixture for cement mortar) and application as per manufacture instruction all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make - Conplast WL,Sika,Dr.Fixit

Material and labour for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of exposed/non exposed concrete surfaces such as soffits of slabs, chajja,fasia and simillar work in patches n exc 1 sqm including mixing & application integral water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction of make Conplast WL,Sika,Dr.Fixit finishing the surfaces fair and even including Taking down of cement plaster of any description including racking out joints for key scrubing with water complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid water proofing compound of Make - Conplast WL,Sika,Dr.Fixit measure separtely.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of wall, any description, washing rubbing down and applying two coats weather proof paints over one coat of primer as per manufacture instruction all as specified and directed. Note- 1) painting will be done through mechanical process(Spray Painting) masking and cleaning of floor,door,windows etc during spray painting. 2) The rate shall be inclusive of Scaffolding

Material and labour for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation of new plastered surafaces, complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete/Partial removal of loose/ cracked concrete including cutting of reinforcement at Single/Double/Tripal storey if required from RCC roof projection, chajja, fins, facia etc and applying bonding agent as per manufacture instruction as per and making good with RCC (1:1.5:3) type A0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in any slab and in any position finsihed the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement including necesary formwork and welding/binding of reinforcement if required, complete as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- (1) reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items, (2) Rate shall be inclusive of bondig agent fosroc nitobond EP ,Sika hibond, Pidilite 301 pidicrete URP. 2) The rate shall be inclusive of Scaffolding if required.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 5 mm to 10 mm dia., cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welded steel wire febric N. Exc. 4 Kg/Sqm supplied and fixed to RCC member including necessary welding and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, or securing with clips , over Guniting/plastering in CM 1:4 average 20 mm thick incl water proofing admixtures compound fosroc conplast WL,Sika cim pink,Pidililite 101 LW+ as per manufacturer instructions, finishied even and smooth using extra cement to level the surface etc of over head tanks/UG Sumps where required complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1) WPC shall be measured seperately. 2)The rate shall be inclusive of Scaffolding if required.
