PROVN OF STATION STORE AND MISC B/R AT AF STATION TUGLAKABAD UNDER GE (AF) TUGHLAKABAD

Demolition of concrete of any position not otherwise specially provided for reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings (un-reinforced) n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Removing building material etc., to a distance of 100m or part thereof (upto 1.0 km total distance) beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination out of MoD land all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 (Type D2 40 mm aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified.

M & L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams flat, finished fair; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) flat surfaces finished fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Providing and laying in position design mix concrete for reinforced cement concrete RCC, M-20 (20 mm graded aggregates) as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural souces, Portland pozzolona/portland slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength, including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.
