REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF UG CABLE LT OVERHEAD LINE AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT RESIDENTIAL AND DEPOT AREA UNDER GE PULGAON

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for foundation, laying of cable or pipe and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches in soft/loose soil in layers n.exc. 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, wtering, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc.1.5 metre high from the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry and clean sand over and under the under ground cable in trenches , ducts for cable protection incliding levellling and consodilation complete all as specified and as directed. (Note Punned thiickness shall be measured.)

Supply and laying brick sub class "B" having minimum compressive strength 75 kg/sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Re- laying of brick off size laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Re laying LT UG cable armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

Re- stretching/Stringing only existing ACSR of any size on LT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire,rejumpring of Cut point, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) One length shall be measured for complete 4 to 6 conductors & GI wire.)

Boring of holes under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 100mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure without any damage to existing structure and making it good to match with the adjoining surfaces/structure for cable passing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit in replacement of 1.1KV grade cable for heat shrink type straight through joint and accessories suitable for 3.5 Core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of Size 25 to 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. ( Make: Reychem/3M or any equivalent)

M&L for tesitng of faulty LT cable at CAD Pulgaon by using LT voltage. Testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed by EIC (Note : This job includes cost of vehicle transport from Nagpur to Pulgaon and back)

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted steel tubular electric pole of any type and size, from ground after necessary excavation & breaking of concrete foundation encasing the pole and removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing steel tubular pole 410 SP-31 (9 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug nuts, bolts and washers all as specified in IS including the following:- (a) Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, return filling, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr from the starting points. (b) Painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint before fixing and one coat of aluminum paint after fixing complete embedded portion. (Note : PCC in foundation to ground level and coping/plinth block shall be measured and paid for sepearately under item No 21 and 22 respectively.)

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as specified and directed.

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair replace for MS cross arms, bracing, stiffeners, support clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sectionAngle iorn,flat of size and thicness, including nuts, bolts washers, welding binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or as directed including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 8.5/9 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint from 2.1 mtr above ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 mtr from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate bay ( 30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour in repair in replace pin type porcelain vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one GI mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair shackle type porcelain insulator vitrous wihite, brown or green of size 75mm height, 90mm dia for working pressure 1100 vlots including GI mild steel straps 31x3mm washer, insulators, nuts, dia of bolt 12mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting / trimming of tree branches upto 50mm girth all around LT over head line and making free/safe all around 2 mtr LT OH line by taking all precautions and dispose of tree branches to nearest disposal point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 1100 volts grade 4 Sqmm twin core flat heavy duty cable PVC insulated,PVC sheet with solid aluminium conductors, multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC shathed in service connections complete all as specified and directed. (Make-Polycab /Plaza/Diamond ISI mark.)
