To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rate 2009 Part –I (Specifications) together with amendments No 1 to 3 and 2020 Part-II (Rates) and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender. Note: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 4th row. The column 6 has been shown as Zero and the actual amount of contract would be 15 lakhs (approximate). The contractors may fill the % intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR. (ii) The total/ cumulative amount of Work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT (15 lakhs) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ.
