Material and labour for thermal insulation on 100 mm bore (internal dia) pipe by glass wool with fibre glass tissue of density 48 Kg/m3 with vibration and jolting resistance conforming to BS: 2972 having moisture contents less than 2% water absorption less than 2% shot content – Nil, odour less, no mould growth, wrapped with chicken wire mesh, covered with aluminium sheet of thickness 3.00 mm, with applied moisture barrier of 3 mil thick polysurlyn coating with 0.71 mm thickness as per IS-737/ASTM E-65M, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Double wall corrugated high density polythene pipe, cut to length / size as required, having corrugation or outer wall and plain surface inner wall conforming IS-14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of underground cable/in PCC with and all requisite fittings as required, outer dia 50 mm, inner dia 32 mm, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

XLPE insulated, stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 16 Sqmm 4 core 1100 volts grade screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel power cable, (heavy duty, laid in trenches or passing through pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for drain duct for drying tumbler of size 250 mm x 250 mm made of 0.63 mm thick galvanized plain steel sheet having zinc coating of weight not less than 120 gm per Sq,m, made to shape with required accessories / fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(a) Supply and fixing Air circuit breaker (ACB) 4 pole, 415 volts, 3200 Amps 65 KA electrically draw out type 4 pole 415 V, micro processor based trip units with complete set of LSIG protection, the release should be self powered type with LCD type display and provide last 20 trip history with date, time stamp and last 60 events, the breaker release should have individual fault trip LED indications shall be available on the trip unit and should have breaking capacity icu = ics= icw not less than 65 KA, - 01 No. (b) Supply and fixing of bus bar for 3200 Amps, current rating, HT 8.8 grade hardware, sleeves/paint, doors control wiring, maintaining channels complete retrofit, taylor made prefabricated bus bars. NOTES : (a) All items of the switchgear are to be of the same Make : SCHNEIDER/ SIEMENS/L&T (b) Details drawing of the micro processor circuit has to be submitted. (c) ACB inst to be done by OEM or any vendor authorized by OEM through authorization letter specific to this contract.

Supply, placing in position, under voltage trip(UVT) compact UVT coil 200-40D/25N-4-S/50C-60C tested and commissioned complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : SIEMENS/ ABB/ SCHNEIDER

Supply, placing in position, under voltage trip (UVT) compact UVT coil 6D-16D/06N-20S tested and commissioned complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : SIEMENS/ ABB/ SCHNEIDER

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning drying tumbler of capacity 50Kg-60 kg front loading, steam heating, suitable for 415 V/3PH/50HZ fitted with angle valve, solenoid valve and all other essential accessories complete all as specified and as directed and as per manual / in striations of manufacturer.

Earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600mm X600mm X 6.0 mm burried directly in ground vertially in a pit of depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50m below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to with and including GI/ Steel strip of size 32mmx6mm upto a length of 7.50 metre by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron /steel, earth strip protected by and including galvanized steel pipe light grade of bore 40 mm (internal dia) & connected to main control board / switch board or any other electrical equipment complete all as shown in electrical plate No : 3 MES SSR including necessary excavation & earth work, disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m, in any type of soil. (The rate also includes for cost of charcoal & salt in alternate layers of 15 cm thickness, 20 mm bore internal dia GI/steel pipe light grade) for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1, 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4) type B-0, reinforced with XPM of weight not less than 4.00 kg/Sqm and mild steel frame of angle 50mmx50xxx6mm and testing on competion complete all as specified and as directed.

32mm x 6mm galvanized iron strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead, fixed to wall on batten or recess or berried directly in ground or drown through conduit / pipe including conduit of pipe and other required operations complete all as specified and as directed.
