M & L for servicing of ductable split type AC of capacity 3 / 3.5 / 4 TR of any by opening the condenser unit fixed on roof top and cooling unit fixed inside the building, and cleaning the complete condenser unit and cooling unit including fins, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Refrigerant required for topping (R22 / R-134/ R410(a) shall be maesured and paid for separately as "supply only rates" under respective item of BOQ here-in-after

S&F in replacement of condenser fan moter of ductable split type AC of 4 TR capacity as per existing make and model, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of blower fan moter of ductable split type AC of 4 TR capacity as per existing make and model, all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of starting capacitor, for ductable split type AC of capacity 4 TR. Complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs harmatically sealed Compressor (Sealed Unit) of window / split type AC 2 TR capacity, single phase, 220 volt as per existing make and model including necessary modification of foudation as required to suit the comptessor, vacumisation, pressure testing, leakage rectification including gas charging R-22/134 & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs harmatically sealed Compressor (Sealed Unit) of window / split type AC 1.5 TR capacity, single phase, 220 volt as per existing make and model including necessary modification of foudation as required to suit the comptessor, vacumisation, pressure testing, leakage rectification including gas charging R-22/134 & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge & depositing the old compressor in E/M store yard.

S & F in replacement of Industrial Plug and socket with plastic plug of 20 A rating SPN 250 Volts with MCB SP 20 AMP complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs trasformer windings suitable for 5 KVA voltage stabilizer all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs trasformer windings suitable for 4 KVA voltage stabilizer all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PCB circuit with relay, internal wiring, on/off switch, 5/15 amp sockets, input cable lead 4 sqmm 3 core (1.5 m long), limit switch etc suitable for 5 KVA voltage Stabilizer all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Rates are deemed to be included chases of conduit and making holes in wall/floor for passing in or through conduit and making good the distrub surface (ii) Two run of 4 sqmm single core (FRLSH) PVC insulated copper conductor cable and one run of 4sqmm as earth wire will be measured as a one run lenth.
