Providing and fitting of new electro-mechanical components / equipments alongwith allied works at WSS Chenani

Providing, fitting, installation, testing & commissioning of a solid-state water level controller at Chenani Stage-2nd for the synchronized operational automation of a HC motor / pump set (1No.) in a pre-described fashion such as: - 1. HC motor pump set should start only when the water level in the sump reservoir reaches 1 feet above the top end of the suction pipe in the sump 2. HC motor pump should automatically stop when the water level the sump reservoir reaches at the level of the top end of the suction pipe in the sump. Features & Specifications: - 1. The system should run on 440 V AC power supply. 2. High speed steel, corrosion proof water level sensor probes (5Nos.) for the purpose of sensing water levels. 3. The system should be supported with an automatic mechanism for anti-corrosion / salt deposition on high speed steel probes for continuous and better conduction of electric signal. 4. The system should also have a bypass mechanism in case of appearance of any fault. Job includes providing & laying of 14/60 flexible low resistance copper cable with GI support wire from water tank to the water level controller unit. Job includes replacement of the previously installed manned type fault analyzer-cum-controllers from the control panels with new unmanned type controllers. Job further includes the fixing of steel water level sensor probes in the sump tank by climbing up and fastening copper cable with the sensor probes inside the tank. Job further includes providing, fitting and laying of 50mm2 single core copper cable alongwith allied works from panel to motor approximately 36 meters in length with proper thimbling and insulation material. Job also includes providing and fitting of MCCB’s-2nos. allied works at pumping station Chenani stage-1st by way of extraction of damaged MCCB’s and then providing and fitting of new 250 ampere MCCBs (02 nos) of reputed make on board and then testing on full load. Thereafter testing the unit and system on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage, charges, transportation charges hire charges of tools and tackles etc.
