Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforcement) in ground floor and paving n.exc. 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceble tiles to store and rubbish of the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone deposited spread levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protcetion and courtyard, laid in slope 1:40, finished cement surfaces even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base under flooring and hardstanding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters, with ball bearing as specified including top cover anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete with safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick "dark shade" (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles, 10 mm thick "dark shade" (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, as in skirtings, dado and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles, premium quality of 300 x 300 x 7 to 8 mm thick in floors set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured Tiles, 300X200X7 to 8 mm in size, set on vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc, over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete colour tiles 200x200x25mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement Slurry with Grey Cement and Pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) as in path, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete intelocking paver block 60mm thickness (M-35 grade) of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and no pigment, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on brick walls or on concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the site(s), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. of any descriptions, keep serviceable bricks in safe custody for re-use, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, plastered surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, finishing plastered surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of primer after preparation of newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of premer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below ground level) and removing the same from site(s), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed fruss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,(Fe 410W grade E-250) fixed independently, without connection plate etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to FE-410W(Grade E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 1.60mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in hearths; covering to door shut ters; covering to door chowkats (frames); chullah hoods; water tanks; water troughs; ducts; urinal troughs and unnels, etc. cut to size edges beaded if directed, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc., with plain 40 mm lap joints or welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, stopped ends, outlets, etc. as required and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel articles such as bands, straps, supports or stays for rain water, hold fasts etc conforming to Fe 290 Gde- E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fast including use and waste of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first grade quality) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surface of any description, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint (first grade quality) after preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including preparation of wood base surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings 40sqcm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood as in scantling, clean swan, fixed as in unframed work with nails as in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced concrete as in roof treatment including removal of existing roof treatment removing all rubbish off the premises, as per the direction. Cleaning throughly washed with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as for padding concrete including mixing with WPC @ 3% complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item here-in-after)

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane ove PCC padding in roof with the following coursed of treatment: (a) Apply bitumenus primer @ 1.20 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (b) Apply 3mm thick APP plastomeric bitumen bsed mineral finished water proofing membrane polyster reinforced (4kg/sqm) with 10 cm over laps at joints and laid with lpg torchoverlap sealed and finished neat including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed. (Make of APP Membrane WP shield 103 PM of SIKA/Super Thermology 3mm (MT) of STD Limited/Equivalent brand of Tikidan Danosa. (c) Applying a coat of bitumen of grade 85/25 @1.20 kg/sqm

S&F MS steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washers etc complete ERW or induction using butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 graded St 240 and grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
