Design,Engineering, supply, installation, integrate, commissioning, and Testing of Gravity Winding System for existing double drum winder of New circular Shaft

The bidder should have experience in supply of similar gravity winding system for men winding system of capacity not less than 500 KW capacity, purchase order and completion certificate to be enclosed.

Only Manufacture or Authorized dealers of quoted make are eligible to submit the bid. Relevant documents to be enclosed.

The bidder shall submit a detailed technical proposal comprising the complete technical specifications, working principle, and control philosophy of the proposed system.

The bidder should have in the last three years period i.e FY 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-25 achieved in at least one financial years the turnover per annum not less than Rs. 4.00 Crore, Relevant documents to be enclosed.

Complete set of the tender document duly filled and signed by the Tenderer

Detailed scheme for executing the work along with type and number of equipment, the Tenderer proposes to deploy as per requirements

Detailed Time Schedule consisting of every activity including preparatory works in sequential manner starting from the date of acceptance of the tender.

Details of work experience in respect of the tender

Turn-over and ITR details FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25.

Copies of Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheets for FY 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 shall be enclosed.

Tenders of Sick Companies and Companies referred to BIFR will not be considered

Manufacturer Authorization certificate, if bidder is authorized dealer.

Tenders submitted by a party which is black listed by the Govt. agency will not be considered. Rejection in this regard can be done during course of tender also
