Improvements to Park at ward no 34 Basweshwara Layout III cross Tumkur City (Reserved for Cat-2A Contractors)

The bidder shall be Registered KPWD Civil contractor of Class IV and above.

ITT 3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 (a) Achieved in at least One financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering works only) of Rs. 11.03 Lakh

The bidder should furnish GST Registration Certificate.

Bidder should upload the sufficient documentary proof for the reservation of SC/ST/CAT-I/CAT-II(A) Category issued by revenue department with RD number and same will only be considered by this office (will be checked in the website www.Nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in).

Eligible tenders will be qualified only if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. (Refer standard tender documents section-2: A General Instructions to tenders), for that the supporting documents shall be uploaded failing which the tender will not be considered.

The bidder should furnish the statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed & should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent. If no existing commitments / ongoing-works, a Nil certificate shall be uploaded.
