Providing and Laying Wet Mix Mecadam Using 0.396m3 of 45-22.40mm Graded metal, 0.528m3 of 22.40-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.396m 3 2.36 and below size graded metal premixing with water to a densemass on a prepared subgrade / base to temple in uniform 15cm Consolidated thickness and consolidation with Vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber rolling with protecting edges, etc completing with MORTH specification Clause 406.

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Tack Coat over Existing BT surface using 2.5 Kg of Bitumen Emulsion (RS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 503 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0..25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site, spreading themix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compactedby Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and blow with 40.276 kgs of VG 30 /VG 40 bitumen and Shredded Plastic 4.024 kgs for premixing for 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5.

Providing and erecting Single sided Double Guard Metal Beam Crash Barrier System 1.70m high, comprising of 3mm thick wall “W” beams posts and spacer channels shall be made by cold roll forming using HR conform to IS 5986 Fe 410/360 and dip galvanized having Zinc Mass of 550gms/ sqm, minimum 950mm above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post 150x75x5mm spaced 2m center to center 312mm x 83mm flange width x 3mm thick, 4318mm long post directly embedded in the concrete (M15) pit size 350x350x800mm for a depth of 750mm below ground. All fixing bolts and nuts hot dip galvanized conforming to IS:1367 clause 4.60 all complete as per Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Earth work open excavation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc. complete. Complying with Standard Specifications as per SS 20 B.,

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one part of cement, four part of sand and eight part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with Standard Specifications as per TNDSS No. 28 V, VI (S2) V,VI (S5A) VII

Supplying and errecting steel centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for side wall sides and culvert body wall sides using M.S Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.30&86 (For Drain,Deck slab & Retainingwall)

Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one part of cement, three part sand and six part of aggrigate) using 20 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc. complete. Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.30 & 86

Supplying fabricating and placing in position of steel rods using TMT. or Ribbed Tor Steel including cost of binding wire, cost of labour charges for fabrication and placing in position etc. Complete. Complying with std. specifications.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -
