Providing school Furniture Bench Desk and Materials at Government High School Kotteri Panchayt in Kammapuram Panchayat

Manufacturing and Supply of Steel bench of Size 6' X 1½' X 1½' made out of 18 Gauge CR sheet with 6 Nos of Legs. The legs, top and bottom frames are made out of 11/4" Square pipe of 16 Gauge thickness. Extra bracing with 11/4" square pipe has to be welded in the width direction both at top and bottom frame. The bottom frame all-round has to be fixed at a height of 6" from the bottom tip pf the leg. The stiffener should be given made of 18 gauge CR sheet below the bottom of the top sheet. The top CR Sheet to be fixed over the connection rod 16gauge 11/4" square rod which is fixed over leg with necessary tack welding. The square pipe bottom to be provided 1"rubber bush. All joints are ground smoothly and without burrs, Two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer is given the cost inclusive of all materials lab ours charges, painting , taxes, transportation loading unloading charges and other incidental charges etc., complete.
