Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

The intended bidder shall have sufficient experience as prime contractor in the field of Erection OR Maintenance OR Overhauling of Boiler works like Overhauling work of Repairs to refractory, replacement of damaged insulation in Boiler and Aux area for Unit2, 500MW and Unit3, 700MW of BTPS in 210 MW or above capacity boilers in any one of the precedingfive years from the date of notification of tender.Satisfactorily completedsimilar innature of works in single or multiple work orders of maximum 3 Nos of value not less than Rs. 15.95Lakhs as prime contractor and shall submit documentary evidence for satisfactory service rendered along with the copies of work order and work done/experience certificate certified by the officer not less than the rank of Chief Engineer or equivalent and above for reference and verification. Work done of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited.

The average annual turnover shall not be less than Rs. 31.91Lakhs in any two of the preceding five financial years from the date of notification of tender. A certified copy of a statement of P&L accounts/Turn over certificate issued by chartered accountant shall be enclosed as documentary proof. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of the financial year in which tenders are invited
