Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work percast concrete articles etc complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:4 complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Ser Item No 2 above but except bricks complete and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for flush pointing to brick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Raking out joints/pointing to brick walls built in cement mortarcomplete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping incl necessary form work complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete type B2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Getting out for desilting of silt/soil along with roots of grass/bushes if any, from the beds of runway/PTT side open drains, girth of drain bed not exceeding 1.00 m and depth of silt/soil not exceeding 30 cm in depth including removing getting out silt/soil exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m from the sides of drain and spreading in low laying areas complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge for depth of drain up to 1.5 m. Note : Engineer-in-Charge will be submitted certificate for distance from starting to end point where soil/silt deposited before payment.

All as per item No 10 but for depth of drain exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m.

Getting out for desilting of silt/soil along with roots of grass/bushes if any from the beds of Recharge Pits/UG sump, of any size of bed and depth of silt/soil not exceeding 100 cm in depth including removing silt/soil exceeding 250 m but not exceeding 500 m from the sides of Recharge Pits/UG sump and spreading in low laying areas complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge for depth of recharge pit/UG sump up to 1.5 m. Note : (a) Rate of Removing & re-fixing of recharge pit cover are included in the item as mentioned. (b) Hydra / Crane or any other arrangement shall be used for safely removal & refixing recharge pit cover to avoid any damage to the drain and covers and the rates are also included in the item.

All as per item No 12 but for depth of Recharge Pit/UG sump exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3.0m.

M&L for Forming embankment for lowering portion on earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30 cms thick watering, ramming rolling with 5 to 10 tonne power roller and finishing to required level camber and gradient, shape etc n.exc 1.50 mtr high from base complete and all as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-The earth required embankment shall be brought from outside the defence land of approved quality and source to be approved by GE before incorporation in the work and quoted rate deemed to be included as under :- (i) Earth work i.e excavation removing the soil loading and unloading and temporary profiles etc). (ii) Density not less than 95 percent for forming embankment.

Supply of fine aggregate(sand) and stacked in regular heaps complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 20 mm graded stone aggregate and stacked in regular heaps complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 150 mm graded broken stone boulders aggregate and stacked in regular heaps complete all as specified and directed by the engineer-in-charge.
